Am I the only one who sees this as a card with high combo draw potential? You can use it in a deck with a lot of cheap spells in order to draw the minions necessary for the Grumble OTK.
I guess the idea would be that you set up a Shaman deck that mainly consists of spells and board clears so that when you play Bogshaper, he is able to draw only your combo pieces. I theorycrafted what the deck would look like:
The only spell that generates minions right now for Shaman is Feral Spirit, but Shaman also has a lot of board clears like Volcano and Lightning Storm, as well as good single target removal like Hex and Crushing Hand. I am sure more powerful Shaman spells will come out in Witchwood since Hagatha the Witch is being hyped up, but as of right now Shaman will have to focus on mainly damaging spells rather than minions to stall until you can get the Grumble OTK off after drawing it with Bogshaper. I don't think this will be anywhere near a Tier 1 or 2 deck, but it will threaten the overall slower meta that will come with the rotation.
Regardless of power I love this card

Turn 1: Play Murmuring Elemental--> Fire Plume Harbinger--> another Fire Plume Harbinger--> Grumble, Worldshaker--> another Murmuring Elemental--> Zola the Gorgon onto Grumble (*Note: This takes exactly 10 mana, so make sure you do not overload before playing the combo)
Turn 2: Play Fire Plume Harbinger twice--> Grumble, Worldshaker twice--> Fire Plume Harbinger--> Murmuring Elemental--> Fire Elemental face. At this point, you can keep playing grumble, fire plume, and fire elemental to keep hitting face and win.
