And that's amazing that you can see the future and we've figured out every Rogue archetype that will ever exist, and that they will all be inferior to Miracle. Congratulations!

The only purpose this card COULD serve would be to help deal with "Rogue hand" when you have 3 coins, a prep, and an evis. But still, even then, it's just a niche situation and it's too random to be reliably effective.
Edit: On reflection this is playable as it let's you re-roll bad cards in a burgle deck. Still not good though as it will often replace good spells with junk.
Then............don't play it when your hand has good spells? Come on man, this is really easy if you just think. That's like calling Flamestrike a bad card because it does nothing on an empty board and is too slow.
If you constructed your deck with good spells...then a situation where you have bad spells in your hand shouldnt happen often.
Rogue has really good situational spells. Dude serious do you know about these cards??? Maybe you're new to HS?
These are all decent in the right spot at the right time. But if it's not the right time (like when you have double Prep and Coin), then fuck yeah I'd rather have other spells, especially when you can follow it up with Ethereal Peddler.
Think, people. It's not hard.
edit: Not to mention the spells generated from other cards, like Razor Petal and the toxins from Xaril.
I would rather hold onto those cards as combo starters or auctioneer fodder than trade them in for likely shield slams and beastial wraths
Rogue is usually all about holding their spells until they can pull off a good string of combos. So no people are not going to want to trade in spells that they put in their deck TO MAKE THEIR DECK WORK for a crap shoot.
Also with ungoro and quests each class has another piece of useless fodder you can pull. You play voss against a warlock and get the discard quest....gratz you now how at least 1 dead card not to mention the other dead cards you probably pulled.
As someone else said the situations where you would WANT to play Voss are so small compared to the situations you would NOT want to play her.
If she generated the cards without replacing your own spells that would be something, but requiring you to ditch your spells for a roll of the dice is too much.
Source: This guy played Rogue once in casual.
Rogue doesn't want to hold on to his spells to save for a single turn. Rogue uses high tempo combo cards to maintain board presence and put pressure on. In case you forgot, Gadgetzan is a neutral card, not a Rogue card. In what world do you play Hearthstone where you can afford to hold on to a bunch of spells in the early game while not developing the board?
You do realize you just made my point?
This card is only good when you hoard useless spells....if you are hoarding useless spells then you have already lost because your foe is just eating your face.
Not to mention this card only works on spells you draw. So if shaku or swash etc. dont draw you spells this becomes less worth while.
And if you are in a position where you are gambling on the spells that you specifically put in your deck then you have already lost as well.
Not to mention if you have even one spell you want to keep in your hand, this card becomes a detriment instead of a benefit.
All it comes down to is the cases where you would want to play this card are so small compared to the cases where you would not want to play it.
"4 mana 4/5 Battlecry: You can only play this card when you have AT LEAST 4 useless spells in your hand. Replace spells (only ones you drew) with complete trash from your opponent's class."
I must have read the card wrong. Sorry.

Actually that is a pretty accurate description of what the card will amount to in most cases.

Except it's not. If you're holding a lone Prep and then draw this, you're happily playing it every time.
If you're holding a Toxin from Xaril, two minions and this, you're happily playing it every time.
If you have a coin or two, Eviscerate, and Backstab, you're still probably happily playing it every time.
Actually there are definitely going to be situations where you'd rather have more spells to exchange on turn 4 because you can follow it up with Ethereal Peddler.
This expansion is the worst one they've ever printed, literally every card that isn't "Battlecry: undo every misplay and automatically win the game with no thinking or setup" is utter trash.
And what does being a class card matter? Gadgetzan is neutral, so your snark is completely off base.
And sure...you can play other rogues, but mechanically, these decks are doing similar things. And competitively Miracle is almost certainly better than whatever this is going to be.

So your argument is that you can see the future? Congratulations!

My argument is you need to stop seeing everything through the lense of existing decks only, and stop assuming that Miracle Rogue is the only/best Rogue archetype that will ever exist.

I'm actually not doing that, although I know you refuse to see it.
It's literally that this card just doesn't do anything good. Even in an archetype where it supposedly exists (burgle rogue) I STILL don't think its good enough.
Except it's not. If you're holding a lone Prep and then draw this, you're happily playing it every time.

I completely disagree that you're happily playing this in those situations. You are crazy over valuing the worth of a random spell.
I think it work well with Miracle. I have faced many players that end up on a dead end with only coins, Preparation and Counterfein Coin on their hand.
And YOU are overvaluing spells that do nothing when you can't combine them with other cards. A lone Prep is a dead card.
But you have built your deck so that those cards will eventually combine and be great. If you wait one or two turns, you'll more likely be rewarded than you will if you turned your presently useless Prep into a Holy Light.
And if we are thinking that Voss is a "bail you out" type card, isn't Yogg already doing that better too?
I just am not seeing how Voss is any better in Rogue than Gadgetzan or Yogg. Maybe you run all 3 and you're like "YOLO RNG" but that just doesn't seem like a thing that is good.

Great Card for WIld, idk if its good enough for standard though.
This card looks like Lilianna Vess from Magic the Gathering. Weird.

Miracle is the only viable Rogue deck and there will never be anything better.
This card is trash.
