It is stupid that only one archetype can beat Quest Rogue. I've played it a few a games and it destroys all, even slightly control deck. Nerf needed. (But i want my dust back)
people already started playing counters( Yes Counters exist IKR- Mind Blown) such as aggro where you kill it before it can use its 5/5's
Is it Op-No....Annoying-yah of course but isn't that what hearthstone is?
If mages who play quest don't get coin and have bad draws they lose....if quest rogue or any other deck for that matters has bad draws it loses.
But when the opponent pulls of infinite fireballs or infinite value jades- do people have problems? Yes!
Its always annoying when a deck does whats its meant to do.
Imagine every jade deck you faced had a guaranteed chance to become 30/30 golems or pirate warriors gets the best starting hand and top decks? If a deck succeeds in what its meant to do every game everyone would be annoyed. I mean during Msog the best anti control and aggro deck was made-jade could destroy any control warrior and pirates were the best early game. Yet other decks did exist and fluorished such as maly druid( loved that combo) and dragon priest. So just wait for a few weeks before the meta settles than ask for your nerfs.
Sadly, this innovative quest which ppl said is useless was being overused on day 1 of the meta. I mean heck I don't see any of them now...all I see are pirate warriors and ttk mage. The only reason why decks that are top meta are top meta is because it is much easier to reach their goal. Pirates being win the early game, mage being stall till you have the combo, and quest being use same minion 4 times. I mean I m playing a mid range dinomancy hunter and a sherazin miracle rogue and heck they are not the best but every match I play I have a lot of fun. So I guess what I m saying is if you really hate something and its your fated luck that you meet it 24/7 just built a deck teched against that....I mean you will win against the deck you hate but lose against every other decks but hey " to gain something you must sacrifice something else".
And honestly I wish that Quest Rogue becomes tier one so that we can say that Rogue is at the top finally after beta. Make Rogue great again!

To Miracle or not to Miracle that is the question every Rogue player asks themselves XD
Yep! It works beautifully. Some will try to counter it with another spell, the others are too cocky that they play their quest and get countered and then concede.

Was so excited to play some mid/control decks in this meta, now this rogue quest just shat all over that idea. The problem is that the quest is actually EASIER to complete than all the other ones and much more powerful. Whenever I Q into this with any deck other than full face I just feel helpless and in despair.
No. Rogue quest is about bouncing back minions, doing your own thing until the quest goes off, druid, priest, hunter, shaman, paladin and to a lesser extent warrior all require you to trade your minions with your opponent's minions. You know, "playing hearthstone"
Both the rogue and mage quest just do their own thing and hope they get their shit together before they die. Tell me, how often do you attack a minion with another minion before your quest goes of in those decks? Or better yet, how often does your opponent get to decide where to attack other than face. You basicly deny your opponent the game with these quests. And that's just incredibly lame and stupid.
what? then show me your quest priest cause im a priest player i just CANT win against them... i went yersterday like 3-12 or something like that..and only won because of really good hands i had

I don't get why everyone says quest rogue is op. It really isn't. Me and my friends love to experiment with decks since we don't have large collections like those of streamers but we have about 60-80 percent of the essential cards. So often we play worse versions of decks (example: quest priest without nzoth). My friends and I beat quest rogue with the most random decks like nzoth elemental paladin or dragon quest priest without nzoth (yes I know we are trash players XD) about 50-60 percent of the time. If quest rogue is op then quest priest and nzoth elemental paladin needs to be nerfed too. All you need to do is stall with large taunts and remove with decent board clears.

What would be lame is having only minion trading as a means to win every game. Quest Rogue and Quest Mage are good for the game in the sense that it offers different ways to win and forces people to be innovative about their deck building skills as well as actually having to think, adapt, and change game plans instead of just curvestoning to victory.
Quest Rogue and Quest Mage promotes skill for the players going against them. And when ppl figure out how to play against them and tech properly, it will give the Mage and Rogue quest players incentive to think about their plays and card choices at a higher level.
If you don't agree with me, you're just a sore loser who can't adapt or think on your own so you just whine like a little bitch expecting mommy and daddy (Blizzard) to fix everything for you.

Not OP. Just completely boring uninteractive.
maybe a bit OP , but it's unfair compared to the rest of class quests.
Blizzard should increase the quest objective to + 1
(5 objectives to complete the quest)
Ok so here's the facts:
Quest Rogue doesn't have even 50% win rate,
people already started playing counters( Yes Counters exist IKR- Mind Blown) such as aggro where you kill it before it can use its 5/5's

Finally! Blizzard announced that they are nerfing this card to be more accurate. I have a preview of it here:
Increase minion requirement to 7, and increase Crystal Core cost to 10, which cannot be reduced by Preparation and we're good to go.
Hah, why would Caverns be nerfed? I can see Jades and Time Warp Rogue getting the hate next.
And some people here are right! Caverns has a lot more counters than other meta decks we have previously (I'm talking to you, Midrange shaman).
My greatest achievement yet:
Not disenchanting my double Shadowbomber

Quest priest is pretty fine against those. I have a 50% winrate against quest rogue in wild.

I'm destroying this deck with my aggro mage, but you are right: "no other way to beat this crap other than strict face dmg."
Sometimes you just gotta burn 'em down.
