something to keep in mind for those saying "omg rng wtf", is that this isn't the terrible rng like unstable portal or other things that give you a ridiculous number of OP options. This is like a mini ysera, you know what the cards (1 in 5) can be.
Of Course there's going to be some rng in this game... it is, after all, an online card game...
The stats may be weak, but the thing I like most about this card is it will be a great tool in almost all archtypes of rogue . Miracle, mill, deathrattle, and control love this card. (if control becomes viable which I am optimistic that it will.) I'm not sure you would want it in a tempo based deck but with oil going out i doubt that form of burst damage rogue will be a thing, rather rogues will need to rely on later game combos. With healbot gone control rogues loose there only real heal option and sludgebelcher going away also hurts them. I hope in the remaining rogue cards there will be a good healing card for rogue perhaps one with a deathrattle trigger so you could gain value with raptors and Nzoth. Overall I think its a great tool for rogue that helps sevaral architypes I just hope rogue gains some way to stall or heal up so we are able to play less aggressive decks.
Not very imprssive ,the tokens are obviously pretty decent, they are baasically like spare parts that are stronger,I dont think this card is good enough though
We have seen time and time again that Rogue cards that give up tempo for potential value will see some play. Burgle and Beneath the grounds are good examples. This card is better than those two.
- Decent stats. A 3/2 for 4 mana that gives you at least a 1 mana spell that has good value is already decent enough. It's a body to defend yourself. - Has a Deathrattle. (raptor rogue stronger and stronger) - Costs 4 Mana. Rogues even used to play gnomish inventor because there isn't much for this mana for rogue out there. You won't have your shredders and violet teachers (with oil gone) in std. - Good in Miracle. With those spells you can draw your entire deck with a gadgetzan and for almost no mana. Who knows if even mana addicts come back to play. - It's a Klaxxi Paragon, which makes the card 10 times better than being a moving tentacle monster.
After the initial hype/shock, this card seems less appealing the more I look at it. The easiest comparison is Toshley, which had a very similar ability. He had much better stats for his cost, but Spare Parts were less valuable than a card individually. Xaril has abysmal stats, but 3/5 of the options are worth a whole card on their own, and are very good cards at that. A class like Rogue would kill for a 1 mana "Deal 2 Damage" type spell any day. The remaining two options though are much more niche in use. Both Shadowstep and Conceal see play only in very specific decks, and Bloodthistle Toxin and Fadeleaf Toxin are just straight up worse versions respectively. Fitting Xaril in these sort of niche decks that want these effects seems best, since it would effectively increase the number of good outcomes to 4/5. Another fair comparison I feel would be Bloodmage Thalnos, who is run despite his abysmal stats due to his incredibly powerful effect and versatility. However, Spell Damage has much more immediate impact than most spells Xaril can give you (main exception being Fireblood Toxin), and he is much cheaper and therefore less of a tempo loss when forced to play it.
This is actually really good. The toxins are all amazing, the worst one being stealth. Still insane value, here with toxins. I am very happy to see this card after the bad 2 drop. The toxins also work great for combo's. This card will definatily see play in rogue decks.

Disappointing. Looks like this expansion is gonna be full with recycled ideas and bad versions of old cards.

So wait, common legendary players get the BoogeyMonsterShit and niche rogues this awesome card?
why

My mandibles which are capable of pressing down and tearing, my talons which are known to intercept and hold.
Bloodthistle Toxin and Fadeleaf Toxin are too situational in their usage , I think that would negatively affect the viability of this card.

10/10
Oh my... I not able to evaluate this card...
Looks amazing... but the stats looks so punishing... I will try for sure, I want to see rogue back to the meta

For the love of....
Raptor isnt coming back people....it never was all that good to begin with.
You really going to waste your raptor anyway to a SLIGHTLY better spare part card?

Honestly I think its stats are too bad to justify playing. The toxins need to be 0 mana in my opinion for this to be any good
