Really thought about it 5 minutes how to make Undertaker and Warsong Commander viable cards and it's really not a big change..
First undertaker:
just one stat line would make the card good again not meta defining as before but it would make the card really good in deathrattle decks it's like mana wyrm really it's sad to see this card just died.. the card is cool but blizzard destroyed it.. while Secretkeeper still exists.
The other one is warsong commander let's say we go with the effect Blizzard gave to it so at least:
you are paying 2 stats for an effect at least make it a good effect! 3 attack is something meaningful and something that might inspire people to include her in a deck she could also be "battlecry: discover a charge minion" but sadly she is from the basic set so it's can't really be done.. again a small number change and the card is decent at least! can't really think of another effect that could fit the basic set but the current one is a worse Raid Leader O.o and it's a CLASS CARD at least make it something useful.. if you wanna keep the 2/3 also +2/+1 could work TBH.. but the point is to push for lethal.
Before Blizzard makes MC a 3/3 with summon 2 secrets I would like to see a change to it that would just cut a bit of power 5/5 summon 3 secrets would be JUST right.
It's simple: Undertaker should start as a 0/1. Would still be strong, still deathrattle-decks would be viable, but enough that he's out of range of imbalanced. -1/-1 would have been enough before hunter got quick shot. Nowaday it might be still to strong simply because hunter is already so strong, especially with quick shot.
Warsong Commander: Easy fix would have been to change her back to the bugged state before BRM: Played minions with 3 attack or less get Charge. The problem with Warsong-Commander was after the "fix". If we still had pre-fix warsong commander it would be far less imbalanced. But even then the problem of patron was less Patron itself than Frothing Berserker. This would still be possible, so simply change frothing and add a text that he can NEVER charge.
Having Undertaker as a 1/3 unfortunately just makes him flat out better than a lot of neutral 1-drops, even if it's a decent nerf compared to his original version. Personally I'd suggest +2 attack, since it at least makes him trade well or have some burst potential while being still pretty fragile.
Warsong Commander's seems good, even if I doubt it would see play (though I have played aggro warrior before and its not bad). I think its better than reverting it to an effect like it used have; as Blizzard themselves said it hurt a lot of design space like with the originally neutral Dreadsteed.
1. The nerf made him a big injustice they just destroyed the card from broken to totally useless. The nerf was plain lazy! and came after 6 months!
2. It's an adventure cards, you should feel good about unlocking them, Undertaker is currently totally useless.
3.This card is deck defining and has the potential (as we saw) to be very good card.. the destruction of it just shown how little consideration the nerf process passed though, they just ditched the whole idea of making a deathrattle tempo deck nerfing it's 1 drop.. could help DR rogue greatly.
About warsong, there could be a lot of ways to nerf it but the current state is just bad design at least make it useful in his new niche!!

Undertaker is still better than most other 1 drops right now. Buffing him over say, Young Priestess is just favoritism.

Undertaker is one of my favorite cards. Wish it saw more play time.

Problem with Blizzard is always overnerfing.
