I used highlander hunter, never hit legend before, but with this hunter it was so worth it. I was stuck on diamond 5-2 for 2 months and yesterday in 3 hours i got from diamond 5 to legend.
I used spell druid this season, i don't know what is played in diamond right now but spell druid is fast enough to climb regardless ,and it seems like it's even a bit better after the patch. Dekkster did a yt video on it today.
I hit legend for the first time also using highland hunter just apply to much pressure on most classes DH can hurt if they have great rng
What RNG cards does Demon Hunter have?
What kind of a question is that? Even drawing a card at the start of every turn is RNG itself.. RNG is invovled in the core of hearthstone
Says the guy trying to tank his MMR because he can’t learn to play better.
wow you are a sad person mate. Did you just check my profile to throw dirt on me on a remotely related topic? Finding the flaw of others will not correct your own flaws; the fact that you dont understand the concept of RNG did not change at all after you insulted me. My account could be brand new and have no posts, then i wonder what would your answer be? Throw dirt on my username? My avatar? My point is, its the way you think that is wrong; people do not need to be perfect in order to assert an opinion on others or others work. -Who could crtisize Salvador Dali s paintings then? Only Picasso is allowed to do that? Huh..
And for the record, i was just trying to find an answer to my assumption that i made in my head. I already AM Legend Rank.. Hence, I started the thread with the sentence "Lets say.." , showing that its just an assumption-opinion. -the original question was raised into my thought after my begginner friend wanted tips on ranking up btw- Also, this will hopefully make others who have had the same questions in their head answered.

D5 feels far away at the moment, so I will keep an eye on this topic in hope to find some better deck (or a magic trick).
I managed to get to D7 very easily with Murloc Paladin (started in bronze somewhere) , but out of nowhere the winning streak ended and reaching D6 was impossible. So I switched to Odd DH, which (after some practice) helped me to reach D6, but that's it. There seems no way to climb any further than that. I get to D6, reach 3 stars, then loose enough games in a row to become D7 again. I can reach D6 with 3 stars again, but then the loosing streak starts again. And this process keeps repeating it self.
To get to Diamond 5 after the reset, Bomb Warrior.
To get to Diamond 3, surprise surprise... Highlander Dragon Shaman.
To get to Diamond 1 where I am right now, trying to push for legend the first time, Secret Galakrond Rogue with Faceless Corruptors instead of Shadowsteps.
I'm stuck at D4/3/2 with a peek of D1 with mainly Dragon Hunter.
After some salty match i've also tried murloc paladin or tempo DH.
I do that same shit, man. I'll be cruising along on a hot streak with a deck, then get just thoroughly obliterated by something. Then I get in my own head, and craft that deck that spanked me and try it out.
Anyone else seem to get 1/2 games away from reaching Diamond 5 only then to lose every bloody game!!
Happened twice to me this week alone. Won 5 in a row last night and one more win would have take me to Diamond 5 but noooo I lost and lost again again. Hour later back to Diamond 8 :(

I seem to be stuck between Diamond 7 and 8, I got there using Secret Mage but it doesn't seem able to counter certain Warlock hands and Priest hands.
What deck change do you suggest to get me over the hump, please?
Thanks.
i got legend this season with secret mage, just keep trying. ive switched to pirate warrior and gotten to top 300 so if you want you can try that

the bonus star mechanic is so rigged so you can use any 40% deck and climb into your 5diamond
just have more time to play and you will see youserlf on 5rank

Used Secret Mage to break into Top 4 so have now achieved Rank 5.
Legend to aim for next.
Actually i'm playing a handmade highlander dragon priest, i've hit D5 easilly and now i'm at D2, but DH use yo wreck me.

@ Knivesout. Troll who likes to hide from the sun. I’d say the childish manner is that of tween who’s is the grunge phase.
