I have enjoyed this tavern brawl due to the fact that people will just play anything if they have the mana. I had one person play a Fel Reaver, so I manage to burn most of their deck. But the best play I saw from someone was when they played Varian Wrynn... I swear seeing an army of Shifter Zerus, that certainly made up for the games I lost.
Still very RNG heavy this week, but there can be some good outcomes now and then.
Army of Shifter Zerus? I had a guy drop Hobgoblin his first turn then coin out Voidwalker. Then he dropped a shit ton of other 1 attack minions, including every zerus he drew. His board was completely filled with 3 attack minions by turn 5. I was dead.
Im sorry but Shifter Zerus is a HORRIBLE Card its just a 1/1 for 1! I keep topdecking him and trying to play him onto the board hoping he'll turn into something cool but he is only a 1/1!

Ouch... that's when you know RNG is against you.

My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:
Why do some shifted minions come into play with a +2 enhancement to attack identified as "Retribution"?
I've seen it at least four times. Today I played a 6/4 Millhouse and a 7/6 Pit Fighter. Oh, and there seemed to be a Druid symbol on the identification banner, like a big claw.
This brawl would be so much better if shifter ability triggered whanever it is + if every class had a chance for decent spells, only mage class is consistent in this.

not sure if you realise you need to keep zerus (in your hand) till next turn, where he will change to something else...
i like this brawl
but i got a visual bug: anyoneelse has this?
Meet mr Buzzard Fordragon
This brawl is so fucking boring. Almost no skill involved, just pray your Zerus turns into something useful.
