I've been trying Spell Hunter on and off for a while now, but it's just really bad in the current meta. There are way too many Taunt Druids who just laugh at your measily 3/3s.
If your opponent can easily deal with your Spellstone, you're pretty much out of threats until you get Rexxar going, and even then you're somewhat reliant on RNG.
Haven't posted here in ages, but after a total of 294 arena wins, I just got my first-ever 12 win run! Cavern Dreamer is legit overpowered. Lost against a Priest who topdecked a Psychic Scream the turn before I'd kill him, and had 2x FFA to follow up, and lost against a Paladin because Sound the Bells is a ridiculous card :p
Well, there are some decks that can work. Let me see if I can think of a couple off the top of my head.
So, you have Anyfin/N'Zoth Paladin, Miracle Rogue, Yogg Druid, Token Druid, Beast Druid, Tempo Mage, Control/C'Thun Priest, Zoolock and Renolock. And then, of course, for the classes you already mentioned: 4 different Warrior decks, 3 different Shaman decks and one or two Hunter decks. Seems pretty varied to me.
Pretty sure this is the exact same topic we had when LoE was spoiled, with people saying only Bran would see any play.
If we've learned anything over the last couple of years, it is that the community as a whole is completely terrible at evaluating new cards, and predicting which will be strong and which will be trash (for example: Dr. Boom, Mysterious Challenger, Reno Jackson).
By looking over your post history, the only logical conclusion we can make is that you are just very bad at this game, and don't know the slightest thing about balance.
You know. I really wanted to agree with you. I really thought this brawl would be really skill-intensive.
Then I faced a Shaman, with turn 3 Totemic+Totem Golem/turn 4 Faceless. Next game I got a Mage with turn 3 Flamewaker. And the last game, my opponent got Fandral relatively quick.
I honestly don't get how people get confused over things like this. You cast 1 Wrath, so you get +1 Spell Damage. You combine both modes of your Wrath into one spell. Like, I really don't understand how anyone could interpret that in a way that it would give you +2 damage with only +1 spell damage on board. I don't understand that thought process.

Nah this deck sucks.

Does anyone actually like these kinds of brawls? I feel like if it weren't for the free pack, brawls like this would see literally 0 play.

This deck is amazing if you manage to draw the Spellstone in the first couple of turns. It's pretty much useless when you don't, though :D

I'd rather be winning barely than barely winning ;)

Summary of OP's post: A game I've been playing for nearly two years doesn't interest me as much as it used to.

I can't believe this thread is still going. Are there seriously still people who think CotW is anywhere close to being overpowered?

Just reply with nothing but "lol"
I found that drives people like him mad :)
