Once all the Death Knights are gone, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius will be the only hero card that generates infinite value. (Hagatha the Witch will give you a lot of value, but it runs out when your minions run out.)
I'm concerned that this will be a huge problem, especially given the additional Mech synergy headed our way.

I'm pretty sure his hero power isn't what you should be concerned about, if anything, the fact that once in play his mechs have rush may be even more impactful. He definitely can't carry himself to victory like Jaina does.
I played 168 games with Dr Boom last season and and I can prove that Dr Boom (ALMOST) never won me games alone as Jaina or Rexxar do, I believe it is balanced.
I know he's not as powerful as the true Death Knights -- that's why he's not running away with the game right now. The DKs keep him in check.
But they will be gone soon. There will be no Death Knights to keep him in check. Your experiences thus far are largely irrelevant because no one has any idea what the new meta will be like.
What we do know is that the power level is going to drop sharply when Year of the Mammoth cards are gone. We also know that there will be no other card in the game capable of generating infinite value. To me, that feels problematic.

Infinite value is a myth. Hearthstone game has turn limit 89 (both players together). I would bet that Boom will net you less cards than Hagatha on average. If you have about 45 turns, play it on 7, that is 38 turns of hero power. You get about 38/5=8 cards from him. In reality, you get even less since almost no game is to last to 15+ fatigue.
Technically speaking Hagatha can also give you infinite value. It's just mathematically improbable. If she keeps giving you Blazing Invocation, you can use that to generate minions, and generate more blazing Invocations.
Because this extremely unlikely sequence exists, I have won the conversation and deserve accolades.
I also worry but primarily because the rush aura may end up being the most powerful thing in the game if minion combat returns as the focus of most games.
Winning most/all trades is good enough to occasionally beat DK rexxar infinite value right now. When endless value...ends, the rush aura might break the game.
I can confirm - the hero powers are interesting (best is discover a mech, nice are the 7 armor, 3 mech, ok is the 3 damage and the 1 damage to all is mostly meh) but the Rush to mechs is a big deal, really BIG.
Most of the Warrior decks that didn't use Baku struggled.
It's going to keep seeing play in every Warrior deck though, so obviously it's good, just how good Warrior decks will be will be questionable. Bomb warrior so far seems like a for-fun deck.

The random hero power keeps him in check.
eh, since it's randomly generated i doubt it'll be a huge issue
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.

I don’t think that’s an issue. Mainly because his hero power is random and that most cards revealed so far are heavy with value

I'm sorry for my bad english :D

Find something else to hate... because this Hero card is well balanced.
