Legend is just a grind, why everyone sees this as some ultimate goal? Rank is meaningless in this game, even some bots reached legend. Best thing that you can do is give up on playing to climb but still play the game, you might get enough games in.
Sometimes setting high expectations for yourself turns out to be a bad thing, because you believe certain things are "owed" to you, and you get frustrated when it doesn't happen. Let me explain.
I've been to legend a few times, and after my first time whenever I aimed to get it with a certain deck and came very close, there were always parts where it became a very negative experience. That always happened because I was expecting a certain positive win rate, that I was maintaining steadily up to a certain point. And whenever that didn't happen, I would get angry. When my opponents would get perfect draw, I would expect some of the luck to be returned to me next game because "balance of the Universe", and if it didn't happen - I got angry. My attitude towards what was supposed to be happening was wrong.
Being in that state of mind, I thought it didn't affect me given that I consider myself to be pretty rational and collected, but that was the biggest lie I've told myself. I once persisted to be stubborn and expected a turnaround for my win rate that I dropped from R1 to R4. It was infuriating. That is the definition of tilt and being in denial.
Take a break (or as many as you need), and whenever you play, make sure you're in your absolute best state of mind, giving each game your very best. I sometimes used to try and just chill a little between every game (even if I won), just to pace myself.
Games should be about fun. If you hate playing the game, then why would you bother with it? Why do you want to grind towards legend, seeing how it influences your emotions? Relax, take a break, maybe go on a hiatus of sorts.
OR start playing the game in a different way, not as a competition of who can get the higher rank.
@remster101 I did not mean to offend anyone. I just hit a wall and I am looking for advice.
Thank you @konf super solid advice. I will take it to heart.
It's not about you offending people, it's about your own self-confidence. If you got to rank 5 you must of beat a lot of people. There are people that can't even get past rank 15 or 10. So that should be enough for you to know you can get higher.
Find a good deck that suits you and stick to that one ... don't change it too often. Try to master the deck. You will play at least 50-100 (or more) games between 5 and legend. Facing your counter-deck 3 times in a row and losing to it heavily will make you want to change the deck and play something that counters that. Don't do it ... Murphy's Law will make you play against the counter-deck to your deck-counter. It's better to try to get comfortable with unfavorable matchups ... most of them aren't totally unwinable. Find the sweet spots and the errors the enemy makes and try to use them.
I reached legend a couple of times (far from every season) ... and my final push reaching legend were almost always pretty spontaneous depending on the decks you face ... the meta usually differs (sometimes a lot) on the time you are playing. I hit legend last Friday evening playing Spell Hunter and found a perfect timeframe with many mages and aggro-paladins and fewer priests and warlocks and rushed from 4 to legend with an overall winrate of around 65% in one evening. The winrate before that was usually between 45-55%
I know this has been posted many times but I am almost about to give up....I am a player who gets to lvl 5 often, even lvl 2 or 1 sometimes.
I for some reason suck at trying to get legend. Tilt whatever you wanna call it...I cant get over it....Starting to hate how I am spending my time.
What should I do? Get a coach? give up....take up golf?

The best advice I can give is to take a break.

Good luck and you can do it.
gets rank 5, "unable to win".
So i guess all the other people you beat were monkeys.

Next month, instead of having to grind up from the teens, you'll just have to climb from 5, which should make it easier.
Play cube lock.
Just keep playing as much per day as possible, your 'luck' will turn around like magic.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
