Sludge Belcher, Zombie Chow and Deathlord is the card that prevented Aggro to get too insane.
Hearthstone has one specific problem: The Higher the mana cost for a card, the less stats it gains per mana. 1-2 mana have the most efficient minions in the game, while 7+ mana even get a penalty. See War Golem. It's 1 stat point that 1-2 mana minions got more and 7+ get 1 less. The problem is: if you swarm the board with 5 1-2 mana minions, you have minions that have 5 more stats, so playing 5 minions is like playing 6. Also AoE is too expensive in this game.
So Control need, to counter it, efficient removal and minions with insane stats and a penalty and efficient Taunts. Sadly blizzard rather give us 3/2 taunts that isn't playable in any way. Naxxramas was the expansion that helped to keep aggro in check, sadly they never created an expansion like this again with very efficient taunts.
Instead they give us aggro-cards over aggro-cards and Purify. Quit creating "fun cards"; nobody plays them anyway, instead give us at least 1 expansion with lot mana cards that are ultra-efficient but not viable in aggro-decks. And quit giving Taunt-Minions a penalty, and give us cheaper aoe-removals. If the meta gets finally slower and away from zoo and gets healthier, then you can create fun cards again.
I'm not basing stuff in my opinion, but in the views of people that I know that knows more than me. Just watch videos, dude. This ain't a opinion debate, no matter what your relativist teacher said. You can still keep with this "opinion" but so far it's wrong.
Also, you seriously need to read better.
BUT WAIT you're the guy who complains about Raven in every thread! ok dude go there complain how "powercreeps" are insane and how aggro is blah-blah-blah-rank-5-blah-smorc-blah. i'm out of discussing with you.
You actually haven't once referenced the opinion of a relevant pro, but instead just posted a bunch of nonsense about how good Moat Lurker, the new Giant, and the Curator are going to be for control, while numerous people have told you the obvious, which is that these cards are irrelevant when control can't survive to use them, setting aside the fact that they are not that good in the first place.
The presence of one viable Control deck, C'thun Warrior, is not the same as control being fine. But by all means, dude, why don't you provide us poor clueless plebs with some of these magic videos telling us how we're all missing what a good spot control is in?
So all the minions you've listed don't belong in aggro decks, so let's break it doooown!
Granny - MR hunter is good ATM, huntface is nonexistent and this card alone is not enough to spawn one.
Raven - beast druid is not an aggro deck.
Valet - earliest you can deal dmg with this card is t4, maybe 3 on coin but this is only good in Ctrl mage.
Nightbane - dragon pally will probably be a midrange deck, besides this card is barely as good as mustard if you have a dragon.
Swashburgler - rogue can't have an aggro deck right now. Period.
Spirit Claws - there are no aggressive spell damage cards 4 shaman.
Malchezaar and Golem - discard warlock is a joke, malchezzar is not good enough for zoo.

Everything is super slow honestly. Most of the cards that people think are "OP" are way too slow.
Grandmother? Not a chance. Haunted Creeper was considered too slow, this is about as slow. Huntress? Too combo focused, too inconsistent, which means too slow. Cat Trick? Maybe good for the Face Hunter, but situational. Probably too slow. Don't expect to see any changes to the lists.
Zoo gets literally nothing. Kara-Khazam is a very good card, but I can't imagine putting it in a zoo list. Silverware Golem is just meh. Malchezaar's Imp is situationally good, and might see some play, but it won't break the game. There will be a new hyperaggressive Discardlock, but expect it to be too inconsistent to matter.
Aggro Shaman also fails to see any improvements. The WitchDoctor is very meh, Spirit Claws has no spell damage triggers in aggro Shaman. Maelstrom portal might be good, but it would be used in place of Lightning Storm if used at all.
I'm not really sure about the aggressive warrior list. Fools Bane is good for board control, but it can't hit face. Protect The King is a worse UTH. Ironforge Portal is meh.
All the class cards for the already aggressive lists are honestly fairly slow. People need to calm down. Karazhan will not change the meta at all. It will not become faster, it will not become slower.
Regardless of that, Moat Lurker is a huge tempo swing, your opponent will be focusing to kill a 3/3 minion while they should probably be focusing on something else, the minion they get back probably can't really do much anyway unless they're a taunt or charge, it has diversity by letting you activate your own deathrattles and turn it into a Nerubian Egg type minion to turn your opponent off of board clearing or at least allows you to double up on huge deathrattle effects, and a 3/3 isn't even bad for N'Zoth. Plus, it synergizes with Purify.
There's lots of playable cards in the new expansion, and the set will change the meta up a lot. There's even some cards that are essential in certain classes. As for huntress, it's not a card for midrange hunter. There will be a new hunter archetype revolving around it and it has tons of potential.
You have wasted too many time trying to teach a bunch of salty player what is midrange and what aggro is, we will ever remember your effort to improve the community, but for your sake, give up.

Tempo tempo tempo. They refuse to give us back a sludge belcher replacement, which frankly, is total horse****. Even arena is heading this way. Games decided by end of turn three cause if you didn't mulligan stuff to answer the 1, 2 and 3 drops you are fricking screwed. And yet blizzard keeps dropping more OP 1 drops. They are breaking their own game.
Maybe they should realise people actually want to play the 6-9 mana legendaries they worked their ass off for.

Well the day after Kara has dropped and I've played 6 games so far during breaks. Guess what...ALL aggro decks!
I've faced lots of control warriors, control shamans and priests, and even that last one had a pretty strong deck.
So...

Having a good time with the meta.
People don't realize that zoo is a tempo deck and not a midrange deck. Then they try to educate others on zoo...

I hate those aggro cthun warriors... Everyone should play Zoolock which is completely control oriented deck with a lot of thinking. Kappa
