I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there who thinks the "this is unfair, *insert current top tier deck here* is SO overpowered" threads are bullshit. I think more threads should be thinking of solutions. There are good decks in the meta and there are bad ones. Yes, decks like Cubelock, Odd/Even Pally, and Spiteful Druid are very good. I'm kind of tired of people saying how these decks are "cancerous" and need to be nerfed. Just stop playing if you want to.
Think about this, if the top tier contained a ton of decks that were pretty good and none that were great, how would we climb? It would be a continuous cycle of win-lose-win-lose. I think the focus should be on maybe buffing other cards and thinking of combos to help combat the great decks in the meta, rather than whining about decks that are winning.
Also, in my opinion, there are a pretty good amount of decks to climb with. Cube, Odd hunter/rogue/Pally, quest rogue, Spiteful Priest/Druid, even decks, zoolock, quest warrior, and I even used all-spell Hunter and elemental mage a bit
I've seen quite a few constructive posts on how problem classes should be addressed. Don't know where you've been OP! Also instead of complaining about those threads that do complain why don't you spend your time making a constructive thread on how to make other decks/cards/classes more competitive with the Tier 1 decks?
This post gave me cancer. On a lighter note, i have to agree that, instead of complaining, the best solution is to actually have fun and, if necessary, tech against the most common decks. I am climbing the ladder with quite ease with a control mage variant and just loving the experience.

Honestly, the OP's post has more complaining in it than the threads he's complaining about. I don't think complaining about the complaining helps prevent the issue either.

I'll ignore the complaining and complaining about complaining lol, but this point was interesting to me.
"How would we climb?" - if having a deck that is simply more powerful is the only, or even the major, contributor to climbing the ladder, it shows a failure in game design. The power of the deck should only get you so far. Then it should be up to player skill in both deck building (being a step ahead of the meta) and deck piloting (different decisions with the same deck/options).
You can have one king T1 deck everyone plays, or a mega-balanced meta of ten different T1 decks - either way some players will climb. And those who end up in a continuous win-lose cycle - shouldn't - they are exactly where they need to be on the ladder.
I think most people's problem with HS is that the "player skill" part is too small a contributor to win rate. Sadly, deck and RNG play a larger role. We can always dream this changes, but for that the T1 decks would have to become a lot more complex, having some actual decision-making at every step.
I am actually optimistic there, as I feel that recent "keep card in hand to get effect" and some other interesting interaction/tutor cards are improving this aspect, but... there's still a lot of room for improvement (also, very sad to see cards like Dirty Rat not happen again, as that was also a step in the right direction).
The problem is nobody has creative solutions. When people give them it's always either "remove it from the game" or "increase its mana cost by 1", so it's not like anything productive can be accomplished by focusing on those types of suggestions. The only suggestion I ever heard that wouldn't be found in a "nerfing for dummies" book was changing doomguard's charge to a battlecry.

I suck at Hearthstone.
How about you stop complaining about people complaining???
It's a free forum where people can post whatever they want (within reason). You're not gonna stop people's free speech haha.
It's a little annoying, but at the same time, no one is forcing you to read the complaining threads.

How about you stop reporting comments, Tipper Gore?

Just let the forum complaining for the sake of complaining just so another post can complain about the complaining.
Since without complaining there wont be people complaining about complaining?!
oh no im complaining about the complainers COMPLAINING!
Do or do not. There is no try.

I think in fact that I will complaining again. This expansion suck.
