Hey guys, pretty new to Hearthpwn but a long time HS player (and 2x legend) but wanted to share my budget (no adventures no epics/legendaries) decks that I built for my friend who is new to the game. These are standard friendly and have WotOG cards in them
The only problem I see with this deck is that it has a lot of 1 drops. I also though of including the Forbidden Imps card (yes I know it isn't called that but its the one that summons as many imps as you have mana) but I'm not sure if it is good enough. I also think the C'Thun card that deals 2 damage at 3 mana might be good.
In this deck, the only cards I'm not so sure about are the Horseriders and he Arcane Shot. Maybe they can be replaced with something like Dire Wolf Alpha? I'm not sure.
From what I see, you might want to get rid of one or two Doomguards from your zoo as you are missing Voidcallers which make the card much worse. Try out the tentacle card you were describing once TOG comes out. With the midrange hunter just swap the Arcane Shot with a Dire Wolf Alpha for more beasts and consistency.
2: I would drop the Wrathguards for Shadow Bolts so they can remove minions without having to trade much.
3: the Hunter deck looks good.
I don't know, I've played over a thousand games of Zoo and I disagree with having too much removal in the deck (Implosion was different as it developed your board as well. Usually, you want to be on the board and not have too many reactive cards.
