Seriously. I don't know why I'm constantly losing with this deck. It feels like a decent build to me, but I always get crushed, admittedly because RNG and drawing seems to hate me.
The deck uses some really low quality cards for 1 such as flesheating ghoul, mistress of pain, drain life, shadow bolt, succubus, tiny knight of evil, floating watcher, and fearsome doomguard, with only one voidcaller. Even with 2 voidcallers the chance you get a high impact demon off of it is low because you run so many low impact ones. Also it seems to be a rather slowish deck with really no heal other than 3 from siphon soul. I would suggest making it strictly a faster zoo type deck of going handlock and removing most of the cards I listed if not all. You are trying to do too much in one deck and it makes it inconsistent especially with all of the 1 ofs its kind of just a mashup of mediocre cards with little synergy.
There are probably a lot more spells than you need, meaning you're going to be sitting on your thumbs with a lot of hands when it looks like what you want to be doing is curving out. A lot of the low cost minions don't work all that well in the deck and want you to have a more unified curve. See if you can identify which cards have felt like they aren't pulling their weight and go from there.
You are running a lot of garbage, that is not a decent deck. Also, I see that you edited your first post recently and you were running Flesheating Ghoul as snakeindagrass said... Seriously man?
Anyways, I had Flesheating Ghoul in there a while ago as a test. I took him out after a few games, forgot to edit the deck on here, saw my mistake when I posted the thread, and fixed it.
I don't have Blackrock, as I have been trying to get the final wing of Naxx for a while now, so no Imp Gang Bosses.

Other than that, thank you to the kind people.
Don't take everything so personal man... aren't you going to tell us which changes are you going to make?
You asked for feedback and I gave very accurate feedback so did others. Just because you made 1 deck that didn't work you can see why it doesn't work and learn for the next one. Didn't mean to be rude and sorry if you were offended by things but it was meant as constructive criticism on the deck :/

Yeah, sure. I'll remove the shit cards like Floating Watcher, Mistress of Pain, Imp Master, ect., and replace them with what's been implied and recommended here. I'll playtest it and see what works.

What? You're fine, I was referring to people who simply said the deck sucked, without actually giving any help.
No dude , everyone has been pretty decent here, actually what is depressing is your deck. What's depressing is that anyone who can afford 2 legendaries such as Jaraxxus and Mal'Ganis usually -by the time he's farmed that much dust- has at least a good enough understanding of the game.
Your deck instead had no real plan, no real win conditions: how can you expect the only Voidcaller you threw in there to consistently pull off a valuable demon when you have so many cheap ones? What if he pulls off the Wrathguard during the opponent's turn and your opponent hits the Wrathguard for something 6 or 8 damage that go right in your face? Why so many x1 copies of creatures that need to be drawn consistently to be sure you can make a good use of them? A deck can't be reliable at all if you can't predict what are the average odds of getting certain much needed cards in the following turns. What about the tempo of your deck?: it sorta starts as a mono-demon zoo and then suddenly looks like the plan is throwing in some big minions, but it has no reliable and smooth transition between the 2 phases, and as a result it's very poor in both departments.
So instead than dropping a deck in the forums asking for help -which is totally fine, that's what forums are for in the first place- but instantly getting salty when people point out at its very apparent flaws, why instead don't you google for some staple Warlock decks and test them a bit to understand their purpose and win conditions? If after all that testing and "processing" you still need some advices, then it's about time to ask for help (assuming you're not totally new to the game, then any time is appropriate).
I don't think people here are bullies waiting to prey on other people for the sake of feeling accomplished about a goddam card game, it's just feels like you didn't take the time to "do your homework" and do the slightest analysis about your very own deck and instantly got super salty when people pointed out that was glaringly evident. Which doesn't remotely mean we are not decent people.
Well, first of all, you didn't do much to help. You literally just said certain cards were shit, that's it. Nothing helpful going on there. Second, why couldn't you have just said all that the first time? It seems redundant to not do so. Third, yes, I know it's flawed. That's actually the reason I posted this. It simply irritates me when people point out said flaws, and that's it. They don't do anything further.

It's the people who give criticism without offering assistance in any way, not the people who point out flaws to help people make a deck. If someone makes a deck you are supposed to tell them how to make it better or inform them on things that they did wrong so they can learn from the experience which you did so he probably wasn't mad at you in the first place so take it down a level imo.
Well, first of all, you didn't do much to help. You literally just said certain cards were shit, that's it. Nothing helpful going on there. Besides a couple, the card themselves are not bad, it's how you put them together that is absolutely pointless. I think you are failing to understand what I meant as much as you're failing to understand why your deck is so bad: internet is a very resourceful place, yet it seems you didn't even try looking around for a guide or anything, you just threw a random deck here, and then got mad when people pointed out it made no sense.
I wasn't trying to insult you when I said: "No offence but it would take too much time to tell you what is wrong with your deck", that's literally what I meant. Your deck doesn't need to be slightly adjusted or fixed, it has to be redone from scratch, which means throwing that... thing away and making a new one. The fact that everyone told you so and you're still not understanding it proves that continuing this conversation is gonna be pointless as well.
I understand completely. Don't worry about that. And no I didn't angry, I simply got mildly irritated. Another thing, I didn't really look at other decks online because they always had Sylvanas or Boom in them, usually both, which became such a common sight that I stopped looking at them. And I don't really watch streams, because a lot of the people on them are just boring to me.
These are literally my only legendaries, by the way. I opened Mal'Ganis, and made Jaraxxus after disenchanting a golden legend I would never use.

Edit: Added imp master to list of garbage cards.

Nothing doing, traveler.
Too many one-ofs. Very inconsistent, not to mention some minions are quite low-quality

too many one of's makes it more inconsistent
take out
imp master
succubus
floating watcher
shadowbolt
tiny knight of evil
2 demonfire
shadowflame
and add
doomguard
void caller (i don't know why you don't run 2, they are the stars of the show)
sludge belcher
wrathguard (if its been working for you, if not just remove em and switch it for piloted shredder or something)
a defender of argus
2 imp gang bosses
and a implosion
of course this isn't the perfect list, but it will suck less
but seriously, look at other peeps demon decks using the search
Only a few decent people here. That's depressing.

Don't feed the trolls.
To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of the women.
You're missing Dalaran Mage and Angry Chicken, that's what's wrong.

after a quick glance i just think the deck is going all over the place which is the problem

I updated the deck, and I'll playtest it later today. Hopefully it works a lot better.
