Is Forked Lightning + Stormforged Axe better for this deck than 2 Rockbiters? Or is 2 Rockbiters too good considering the 0 overload cost? I've been contemplating the situation numerous times and still can't decide after several games. I feel like FL and SFA are good in a lot of situations but considering RB has 0 overload it just seems good as well.
Would Unbound Elemental be beneficial in this deck? Considering the overload in it?
Since I've been leaning towards a control deck, despite this deck being essentially template. Is it worth DE'ing my Golden Black Knight for a legendary like Ragnaros?
I would seriously appreciate all feedback! And card swap considerations, I'm extremely new to TCG but trying to learn.
1. If you have Unbound Elementals in your deck, then yes.
2. Probably, but, at 2-4, buffing it even once makes it comparable to a harvest golem 2/3+1/2 vs 3/5, or a Sen'jin Shieldmasta without taunt.
3. Tough call, with all the druids rampaging around, it might be worth it to hold onto the Black Knight. Although you DO have a decent amount of taunt, you don't have enough targets for hard removal to bait away removal for your Rag...(only your Earth Elemental and Sun Walker are viable targets for hard removal...)
A couple of cards could probably be subbed out for more cards that get you more card advantage. The Faerie Dragons and Loot Hoarders especially could be traded out. They are good cards that can generally trade on level or up for slightly better cards, but they don't go 2 for 1. Mana Tide Totem would be a good substitute. Same goes for Acidic Swamp Ooze and Blood Sail Raider.
The only other note I would make is that you could easily overload yourself into oblivion on turns 3-6 if you're not careful. It might be beneficial to take one Feral Spirits and one Lightning Bolt to put in two low or mid range taunts.
1. Rockbiter is really good for early game control and later for trading up with your minions. I would swap Forked lightning and one Flametongue for them.
If you do you may want to swap your faerie dragons for Ooze or Knife Juggler as you can't cast Rockbiter on them.
2. Yes Unbound would be worth it. They are magnets for removal spells and can keep your mid game minions safe.
3. TBK is really good against druids and they are very popular atm. Most decks are running some taunts to protect against hunter and warrior rush so you should get plenty of use from it.
Some final points.
You have lots of 6 mana drops but little 4 mana. You may want to consider adding in some Chillwind Yeti instead of the Argent Commanders.
Earth Elemental is a huge gamble, his seven attack means he can be removed by Big Game Hunter. TBK is also pretty common for the reasons mentioned above and will deal with it. Many would say the overload and risk is not worth it.
Your deck has no finisher so you may want to consider bloodlust until you get a big 8 mana minion to take it's place.
Ya, I tried putting in Yetis and strong 4 drops but I found myself overloaded during that turn. I cut EarthElemental, definitely not beneficial and can screw you over in most matchups. Took out black knight as well, currently trying out unbound and gadgetzen as well as mana tide totems.
-1 Al Akir -1 Spellbreaker -1 Mana Tide Totem -1 Flametoungue -2 Loot Hoarder +1 Cairne +2 Unbound Elemental +1 Thalnos +1 Black Knight +1 Nat Pagle
Correct me if I misunderstood, I am amazed that your replacement in case of no budget (i.e. no dust to spare?) are 4 legendaries.
Anyway, just like what Sv3rr3 said, you could consider Unbound elementals in place of golems as they are naturally a removal magnet away from your larger creatures since they can become quite a threat if left unchecked.
I've been experimenting a lot with my deck and trying to find the right flow. Although I've hit a bump and have a few questions.

Lack of decent 4 drops plagues all Shaman decks, actually.
I find myself constantly overloaded on turn 4 anyways... So it's a weird situation... More decent 2s and 3s?

How about something like this?
...Too young to die, too drunk to live...
If no budget:
-1 Al Akir
-1 Spellbreaker
-1 Mana Tide Totem
-1 Flametoungue
-2 Loot Hoarder
+1 Cairne
+2 Unbound Elemental
+1 Thalnos
+1 Black Knight
+1 Nat Pagle
I miss all those legendary :(
The Unbound Elementals for the Loot Hoarders?

I love scrubs
I guess he meant "if budget is not a problem".
