Sorry to see this deck doesn't work, but what level is your shaman? If he is 40+ that deck will not work even in unranked, as I find that as I level up my decks are mostly matched against similar level players.
Ragarnos is sadly no longer pay to win. Since I see at least one rag at least every game, rag is basically a baseline card now that should be in every deck. I know I dischanted probably 30+ cards to get my ragnaros.
Honestly, last time I played a Shaman Bloodlust deck, I focused on the murloc engine. All the murlocs, plus the Flametongue Totem, few clearing spells like Earth Shock and Bloodlust as a finisher. I put Leeroy Jenkins, but that isn't necessary. That was a while ago, I don't play it anymore but it might be something to look into if you're looking for a Swarm + Bloodlust deck

Just a friendly tip, but deck level doesn't determine matchups.
Solarthermal, there is really no reason to suggest this. The problem here is board control and presence. If the rag were to be replaced by a stormwind bro, or a boulderfist ogre, it would have been just as bad.
I've been having much better success then my summoning deck since I usually have anti early game rush and this deck doesn't cost much dust, so I can, enjoy the leftover dust.
However I still can't usually kill Nat Pagle since he has 4 health.
But, aside from that, I've been able to deal with frost giant decks, Aggro hunter decks, and late game druid decks.
Trying to make a summoning based Shaman deck to utilize bloodlust/flesh/frostwarlord/etc.... With low crafting cost.
] Top decked a rockbiter but it was too late.
Then this happens. Could of cleared the rag but I guess it wouldn't of mattered.
Struggled as hard as I can, but in the end, I couldn't win...
So.. 6 losses.. the other losses weren't as devistating, but... sigh.
BY PAY TO WIN BE PURGED!
There is always going to be some excuse, might as well use this one ^

Edited three times to fix card link issues.
"What kind of conked up brain do you have?!?" - Norbert Beaver
"The best kind!" - Dagget Beaver
Words to live by.
Only one hex and no earth shocks, Rag and other legendaries is why I play two of each.

Thanks FOO(The Banner God)!
I decided to roll a control based deck that caused this outcome. (TOO MANY CARDS :O)
