Wit this deck i reached and maintained top 100. Could have went higher fer sure, but lacking time! If there are enough requests i can create a guide for this deck.
The only difference is that I've got Sylvanas instead of your Mana Tide totem. I might try the totem, but I think I'd prefer something with a bit more of a body... perhaps one of those Sludge Belchers. Oh, and I've got pyromancers instead of the Argent Squires... but I think I'm just about past zoolockhell, have only been seeing control the last couple of days, so they probably need subbing out.
After a lot consideration i came to the conclusion that the creeper does not yield enough to be included in the deck. 1) All totems, the Squire and the Eggs can be activated by Flametongue 2) There are quite better choices to argue up 2* 1/1 Spectral Spiders on turn 4.. for example your Eggs. 3) Thats the point. Generally you are not able to trade anything. It gets ignored most of the time and later in the game, if you manage to fill the board, them are even contraprodactive. You can not place other minions on the board because your spiders take it away. 4) Thats true, but this deck is not a Bloodlust deck. 5) Also true, but in ranked i tend to like other mechanics in drawing cards better than this.
I personally prefer the Squire over the Creeper, simply because you can play it on turn 1 and it is kind of a coin-magnet. People tend to feel like to deal with it. The Creeper does not have this effect. Generally people ignore it and to be honest in many cases it really can be ignored because it simply does not have the impact on the board like other minions, or totems, do. Activated by Flametongue other things can too, so thats ot an argument.
I felt the Creeper with Argus is too good to resist, especially when most of the time, people are trading minions and it gets ignore but got punish for it.
Not saying it's good for shaman but shaman just tends to run 2x Argus in most decks.
I know eggs are great but it just felt very disgusting when it got silenced, at least creeper can still trade with an owl.
Im running a similar deck (less 2 squires for 1 Gnomish inventor & TBK). I think Eggs will be staple for my shaman now (really bad if silenced but if the oppnent cant kill it in that turn Im sure we can still use Rockbitter, Flametongue or Argus to trade). And eggs shouldn't be played without enablers on hand unless a board clear is expected (so better mulligan for sth else if in our starting hand there is no enabler for it).
Squires are always great for shaman though if u wanna add some tech cards I guess u can change them.I think for shaman Creepers are interchangeable with Squires but 1 turn slower and instead of leaving a 1/1 body after the trade they leave 2 (at 2 heath they probably die after the trade since most 2/3 mana creatures have 2-3 attack). And with 1 attack value we always needs to buff its damage in order to trade so getting value out of 2 tokens is even harder (Flametongue being destroyed next turn, no rockbitter in hand, etc).

YEZ please.
I run the same deck with a few exceptions :
-Mana Tide Totem +Haunted Creeper
-Argent Squire +Haunted Creeper
Same here: I'm hovering around rank 5, could push for Legend if I had the time.

Nice, I'm at #150 Legend NA with an almost identical build. I just have 1 Haunted Creeper for Mana Tide Totem
For Flametongue Totem, i presume.
Always have a board is essential with Shaman.
Few reasons, since nobody likes to kill creeper:
1) Able to trade with Flametongue.
2) Able to trade then argus up on t4.
3) Able to trade then value up on spell power via Ancient Mage later on.
4) Bloodlust decks.
5) More tokens possibly use of Cult Master.

How do you feel about Loatheb in place of one of the Argent Squires? Is it worth it?
