I can easily say you can switch spellbreaker for a healer if that's more your taste. The rest is pretty solid but negotiable. Ragnaros actually hasn't come up many games yet, but he is performing better than Nefarian. Nef is more on theme, but hes also so late game that hes kinda overkill -- by that late in the game you need specific effects, not RNG. Alternately, if you really want all RNG hilarity, you could always swap Rag for Yogg.
Removal of Bloodmage shifts AoE Priority to Skulker. Emperor effect redundant with Shadowstep. Added some Healing for general matchups, Added Harrison targeting Doomhammer, Atiesh, and to a lesser extent, other Weapon based matchups (including mirrormatch). Spellbreaker utility was overly redundant -- Assasinate is a better "silence" at the cost of playing smarter around Moat Lurker.
Adjusted to bring more consistency to AOEs and Healing effects (now 2 copies of all) at the expense of Spell damage boosts and Ironbeak Utility. Re-added Ragnaros as a tempo based win-con in addition to Ysera as an advantage based win con.
Win rate it inching above 50%. Not the most busted deck in the format, but well tuned and very strong. May end up being a tourney deck as opposed to a ladder deck given how swingy the ladder meta can be. Still... I am extremely happy how it has turned out so far.

My latest concoction, featuring the newest cards and combos burgled from Medivh himself.
The name is a double entendre for
1. the Moat Lurker combo (seriously, where do you think they emptied their chamber pots?), plus Burgle Effects
and
2. the sphinter-clenching reaction your opponent has when you bust out some sick combo on them.
So far the deck is holding up nicely, and I will be looking at revisions as I get to spend more time with it on ladder. Oddslots are Bloodmage Thalnos, Spellbreaker, Azure Drake, Emperor Thaurissan, and Ragnaros the Firelord.

Fun deck. Thanks for sharing!
My Pleasure!
A fresh round of improvements are in if you want to try them out. Swapped around various cards to bring in a Curator package,
Ironbeak brings Silence, redundant to Brewmaster.
Ysera is a great tutorable wincon that plays amazingly well with the control style of the deck.
Sir Finley breathes life back into close late games by changing up our hero power once dagger becomes a liability.
New update!
