I do not know about everyone, but I am sure to have at least one copy of Mass Dispel in my deck for at least the first month or so after Nax hits. Afterwards I will likely switch to Silence because then most decks will not overkill on the synergy and will not need a mass silence erring on the side of have one or two new deathrattles in their decks, what will YOU do to counter-play as priest, let me hear it!
silencing 1-2 Deathrattle effects and drawing a card (there will rarely be more on the board, if there are, silencing them won't change much anyways) doesn't warrent the cost of 4 mana. It's still a bad card. Run Spell Breaker instead if you want to incorporate more silence effects.
Idk how I feel about the card. I might try it out (mainly because i just got a gold one : P ) there will defiantly be a lot of targets for it specially since everyone will be running the eggs. Unfortunately, as eyepod stated Spell breaker will be better in the long run
Might be useful against the AI in the duels for getting new cards.
To early to tell against ranked, doubt everyone will jump ship and make all death-rattle decks. Especially since people will just use zoo,etc still to climb the ladder.
I am not sure why people see Mass Dispel as such a bad card...
It's already awesome to silence a cloaked Gadetzan Auctioneer and ones Shade of Naxxramas is being used it will also be a good counter to this stealthed minion.
Step One : Use Shadow Madness on the Egg Step Two : Use Crazed Alchemist on the stolen Egg (or use Abusive Sergent on it, and slam the egg into something) Step three : Evil Laugh (optional)
If you mean Nerubian Egg it has 0/2, and will die when you put Crazed Alchemist on it.

Lol, you might want to reread what you just said? That's kind of the point
Mass dispel is a rather costly spell and unless you have a solid board presence, which pretty much contradicts with the situation you would be using the spell, it's just not worth it. As it has been pointed out earlier, minions with silence and cards that transfer the control of the minion to you either permanently for just for the turn where you can get it killed and reap the benefits of death rattle are much better.
The make the card viable, it could have cost of 3 or instead of card draw it could have for example a some sort of horrify -effect similar to freeze.

If Deathrattle becomes scary, then obviously Silence effects will be more powerful. However as many have said a free minion is more useful than drawing a card. I would only play Mass Dispel as a 3rd Spellbreaker, only because I dont like Owls 1 hp.

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.

I assume the evil laugh is coming from your opponent, because you just threw down 2 shitty cards totalling 6 mana to get a 4/4 minion.
Mass Dispel is a card with good effect. However it's over-costed. The card is way too slow and give no board presence whatsoever. IMO it should be 2 mana at max to be considered useful. 1 mana for card draw, 1 for silence. Most of the time, it's better off killing the minion and let its death rattle proc rather than silencing it and let it live.
1 of at best imho. Still slow and gives no board presence. Also while it weakens enemy board it doesn't really eliminate it. The way I see it, it might only be used more frequently if aggro Priest decks emerge, that will have the board presence to be able to use it. Dark Cultist hints that way but we need to see all the new cards first.

Crazed Alchemist will kill an egg if you use it on them, so that's not an option if you want to steal it.

Casual, yes it probably will be awesome.
Not sure if hyped yet.
