I believe Pavel's card is Chittering Tunneler. Its flavor text references Babbling book and was printed after he won the championships
Tom's card is Phantom Militia, who is voice acted by Tom in the Taiwanese HS client. Its line also references Tom in some play on words shenanigans in this client
