 Kathrena Winterwisp BIG Hunter

The idea of this deck is to use Kathrena Winterwisp, Seeping Oozelings and Silver Vanguard to summon big beasts. The only beasts in the deck are King Krush, 2x Violet Wurm and Swamp King Dred, so you’ll always get them from Kathrena’s recruit. Kathrena, the vanguard and the wurm are also the only deathrattle minions in the deck, so Seeping Oozeling will always copy one of their deathrattles. You can reliably find the oozelings and Kathrena with Stitched Trackers, so the deck is more consistent than Big Priest which relies on drawing Barnes.

Now I’ll explain card choices and how the deck works.

On turn one you have Candleshot, which can provide early pings without health loss. Tracking helps find oozelings or maybe even Kathrena. For 2-drops we have Doomsayer, Grievous Bite and Scorp-o-matic which are excellent cards against aggro. Lone Champion also curves really well from Doomsayer. Eaglehorn Bow and Flanking Strike are nice removal and Stitched Tracker, as stated before, makes the deck more consistent by tutoring us some oozelings. Stonehill Defender gives a bit of value, since card draw is difficult to come by in Hunter. Shroom Brewer is excellent for Control Hunter as health restoration is vital for survivablity. Explosive Shot is nice removal for the 5-drop slot, but I’m not quite sold on the card yet so if I can think of a better 5-drop I’ll probably swap it. Seeping Oozeling, as stated before, is one of the key cards of the deck while Deathstalker Rexxar is a nice alternative win condition if we run out of steam. That's pretty much it since I talked about the big drops already.

I would be happy to receive feedback on the deck!
