Ihv had some pretty good success with this deck around rank 15.
The basic idea is to keep up your board presence by having both Unite the Murlocs and Neptulon with some control shaman cards like Thing from Below and Devolve. Bloodlust to win. I have been messing around with adding more totem synergy, but it is important to keep up the murloc synergy as well. The reason this deck wins is because they think your deck is gonna be a lot of low-cost minions so they use hard removal on things such as Murloc Warleader, when in reality it's just another 3/3 for 3 in most cases. In the end you out-value them.
Mulligan guide: basically hard mulligan for Primalfin Totem, it's the best thing you can play after the quest. Obviously keeping other low-cost minions in hand is an option though.
This is more of a midrange deck, overall it looks fun and I definitely will try it out, I just question why justicar is in here.
You are right actually about it being more mid-range...I'll change the name. Justicar is there because Totemic Slam is very underrated in this kind of deck, being able to summon a taunt every turn or have multiple spell or healing totems on board is very powerful. She can probably be replaced by something but I like the utility she gives when you drop her early.
I'd personally replace her with sir finley, I feel like getting fireblast, dagger or even the smorc hero power would work really well to help make trades and push damage, plus he'd work perfectly for the quest as he's a murloc and can be played on and off curve, he even works as a strong opener as he's a 1-3 that can be buffed by your other minions. I just feel like a 6-3 is too weak for this kind of deck as it's lacking synergy with your other cards and overall deck playstyle.
