Another version of the Gnomeferatu deck, this one designed to outlast them until they eventually run out of threats.  You have all the tools to kill the early game aggro decks, single target removals and board clears to handle later larger threats, Reno to keep your health up, and then eventually full boards of belchers that they can't deal with.  Al lthe while, slowly whittling their card pool down.

Vs Mages:  Easy win, mulligan for your early game cards, keep the board clear, heal when you need to, pop up in Goneferatu when you can, and eventually they'll run out of steam.  Shadow Bolt is key to take out the Flamewaker, Just keep your health generally 15 or above due to insane burst (one mage loss came when he had 5 Ice Lances in hand before turn 6).  Skulking Geist is a key to play as soon as you can, assuming you don't need Reno, to take out Ice Lance, Arcane Missiles and Mirror Image.  Win rate 90%

vs Hunters:  Mainly same as mages.  Mulligane for early game cards, keep board clear, heal when you need to.  Shadow Bolt is key to take out Animal Companion, otherwise Corrupting Mist and Hellfire should easily keep the board clear. Win rate 100%

vs Priests:  Corrupting Mist is key here.  Hit it on their Radiant Elemental that'll be played by turn 2 for sure.  That thing cannot live more than one turn or you lose.  They might silence it but then you take it out with Shadow Bolt.  Once you can get a Skulking Geist down, their game is over since they lose both Inner Fire and Power Word: Shield.  Without those two they have no threats, and no card cycle.  Win rate 75%

vs Druid (Jade): Can be a tough matchup.  You aren't going to run them out of cards before they're dropping 18-20 sized golems, that's not how to win the end game.  You want to get as many belchers down as you can over time to make it impossible for them to remove them when N'Zoth hits.  Save the Skulking Giest for when they Ultimate Infestation, since that draws 5 one-cost spells.  Win rate 35%

vs Druid (Astral Communion):  Belchers + mist, single target removal.  If they have Y'Shaarj, this is actually good as it pulls the minion from the deck.  If you can stall with blast crystals, belchers and reno's, you'll be fine once you can get a N'Zoth out with a couple of Blechers.  They can't remove anything.  Win rate 50%

Most other decks can generally be handled.  I've seen a few C'Thun decks out there, which is all about hitting the Gnomeferatu on C'Thun which I've had some real tough luck with for whatever reason (one time it was their last card).  Once you get a wall of Blechers you'll be fine and eventually will run their deck dry.

Final note, the games aren't quick, but fun.  Nothing is better than ruining an opponent's plans.
