First of all, Paladin is the class which is the most difficult to budgetize. It has a lot of auto-include legendary cards like Tirion Fordring or Ragnaros, Lightlord. As new player it hurts to get a nice expensive card without the possibility to make a deck for it. I'm in the same situation except that I'm not new, I just have a smaller collection. That is the reason why I made this deck, and decided to post it to help others out.
As you can see I used the elemental package. Elementals are cheap and work quite well in Paladin with the possibility to discover Ragnaros, Lightlord from Servant of Kalimos multiple times. You can discover some good class taunts from Stonehill Defender too. Why Bonemare? Because it's the most OP thing you get for 40 dust. The end.
If you don't have Karazhan:
-1x The Curator +1x Grimestreet Protector
If you don't have Uther of the Ebon Blade but still want to play this deck:
-1x Uther of the Ebon Blade +1x Grimestreet Protector
Strategy:
Aggro
Taunting and board control is your win condition here. Most aggro decks need to be tired out in order to win against them, except for Murloc Paladin. You need to get out there stuff on the board until their hand is empty, then use Equality + Consecration to get rid of their murlocs. If you can't clear their board you have no chance to survive.
Tempo/Midrange
Three simple words: CLEAR THE BOARD. That's their weakness. After you clear their board there is no escape for them. Develop your own side and buff your minions in order to win.
Control
The control matchup is about value. The more Tirions you discover, the more you win /s. Rely on your buff cards such as Bonemare. Try to discover good things from Stonehill Defender and try to get Ragnaros, Lightlord from Servant of Kalimos to stay alive. Clear the board in the meantime. Uther of the Ebon Blade may help you reset your health and deal some face damage in the meantime. Control the board too. You will need to outvalue control in order to win.
Jades
Jade Druid is the archetype that I've been having the most problems with. However, with the help of some board control and taunts I could recover easily. Also I haven't tried, but Skulking Geist could help in this matchup.
Thank you for all the patience and upvotes! Hope you enjoy the deck!

can I add Tirion Fordring or The Lich King? what can I remove?
Yeah, but this deck doesn't have all that many elementals for an elemental deck. You need Igneous for the Fire Fly drops, which give you a greater chance of activating Servant of Kalimos.
It does beg the question, however, what would the NON budget version of this deck look like?
I'm afraid that if you've lost 23 straight games at rank 20 the issue may be with the player, not the deck.
I do not have O Curador and replace it with the Grimestreet Protector. Got 2 Corpsetaker in packages, can I put it on this deck? What card can I replace to place them?
Played 5 games at rank 18, went 4-1. Only loss to an idiot Pirate Warrior.
Surprisingly effective for a budget deck, albeit at low rank.
Didn't draw Uther even once but still managed to hold my own.
Well done.
I found myself never running out of cards, so I -1 Acolyte of Pain +1Righteous Protector
I just don't understand where I am going wrong with this deck... It seems that no matter what I do, I am almost always getting overpowered before I can get rolling. Out of 18 games, I am 7W-11L.
Please don't misunderstand, thinking that I am claiming the deck sucks... quite the opposite. I love the deck... I just can't seem to play it right. I don't know if its because I am choosing the mulligans wrong or just playing it wrong. It doesn't feel like I am playing wrong... but I must be.
IMO at least, it feels like mulliganing for handbuffs and getting a good start on elementals is really important. Personally, I am running 2x Smuggler's Run as well as 2x Fire Fly, which usually gives me a much more consistent start in pushing for board control by ~turn 4-5 and snowballing it into turn 6 and 7 with Spikeridged Steed or Bonemare and finally using Uther as a closer.
Could probably try out a few of these and see if it gives you a better start
This deck is a godsend. I was afraid that Uther was going to be a dead drop, but this deck is an absolute blast!
Equality worth crafting? A biiit short on dust so I wanna save up. But I can spend if it's an important card for pally
Equality is good for almost any paladin deck definitely worth crafting those if u plan to play any kinda paladin deck seriously.
Equality suits many playstyles, pairs well with several cards and will presumably stay a reliable and flexible workhorse of paladin decks forever.
There are many decks without certain expensive cards or card groups, but there are less decks without relatively cheap cards like Equality.
It is, however, ultimately your dust to spend or save.
How often does The Curator work? Is it worth it? Maybe Primordial Drake could be useful ?
what i can replace to add ragnaros the lightlord on this deck?
I haven't tried the deck, so take this with a grain of salt, but you could probably cut blessing of kings or an igneous elemental for it
Same situation as many others here, got Paladin DK from the prologue but don't exactly have the legendaries (Tirion, Tarim,Wickerflame) to back it up. For me, I actually started out using Kolento's Elemental Paladin as a base and built my deck from there. Main differences are no equality+consecration, a lot more handbuff as well as the 2 copies of Righteous Protector, which feels really strong tbh. I also added in bonemares + the DK into the deck. Has worked out really well so far albeit not at single-digit ranks (Ranks 13-10), with the elemental handbuff body being a key feature in whittling the opponent down enough such that I can end it with Uther or even before Uther lands.
Have been considering whether Chillblade Champion is worth it without bringing Corpsetaker as well as the viability of Skelemancer as a buff/Spikeridged/Bonemare target. What do you think?
So I have sun keeper and rag what should I swap out I also have tirion and wickerflame
Great deck, thank you!
I have Tirion Fordring and Wickerflame Burnbristle, can they be used here and what should i take out for their place?
I got Uther of the Ebon Blade from prologue so im happy there is budget deck with it since i need like 5 more legendaries for control paladin :D
I actually have Rag Lightlord. Given the elemental focus, what card should I replace for it?
Ok, so I replaced the Curator with Tirion, ad i replaced a Servant of Kalimos with Rag.
I did this because the Servants are only there to get Rag, so replacing on with Rag makes the most sense.
If you dont have Kara or Tirion, I recommend replacing Curator with Rag, allowing u to 3 Rags per game.
