Chakki represents the new aggro tempo deck of Rogue with new Karazhan cards.

The key for win is a new card Ethereal Peddler. You can play a great combos with him + Burgle.
You have good early game with many low-cost minions, which also gain you new cards. 
Also you can play quick unexpectable lethal with Leeroy Jenkins + 2x Cold Blood.

Mulligan:
1. Backstab
2. Swashburglar
3. Undercity Huckster
4. Edwin VanCleef to try play him in early game.
5. Can keep Fan of Knives vs Warlock.
6. Can think about keeping Sap vs Druid if they play double Innervate + Big Minion.
