This is a deck I built on a new account and was pretty well able to craft it entirely just from the dust I got from my free packs, with a few upgrades.

If you have some extra dust around here is what to craft to immediately improve the deck

Swap two Defender of Argus with two Sen'jin Shieldmasta These cards purpose is to protect your Councilmen, Cult Master, etc.

Swap two Knife Juggler with the other Flame Juggler and Wolf Rider

Forbidden Ritual is extremely important in this deck, make it your priority to craft for all the rare cards mentioned.

Upgrades to the deck:

You  can swap out two Frostwolf Warlord with Sea Giant but really with the nerfs to silences Frostwolf can easily be a 9/9 10/10. Still probably want Sea giant though

You can also put in Gormok the Impaler for any card you feel isn't working, cult master, the second mortal coil etc.

Deck I made on a free account.

I was able to build this deck using only the dust from the free packs you get and the first free arena run.

I make these decks to give f2p players some fun decks to try out instead of just druid c'thuns. I sometimes sacrifice making the deck slightly better to put in new and fun cards. Personally I'd rather have fun and win 50% percent of the time then net deck and win 60% of the time.
