Im not sure about the deadly shot and the Tundra Rhino, those might be replaced by counters to certain OP decks that we will soon know.

But it did fine in ladder, seems to handle aggro quite well with double unleash and a powershot and even tho it only has 5 deathrattle minions, they are quite powerfull to combo with huhuran and when u have played at least 1 wolf and 1 highmane or Sylvanas, N'Zoth is quite powerful and often the deathrattles it brings with him are just too much and the opponent can rarely clear ur bord!

Also the elek works quite well with this deck i found out
