I'm going to try a similar list with Refreshment Vendor over Mukla and Nat.
I think Argent Horserider > Disciple of C'Thun without C'Thun
Why is that? They're functionally identical EXCEPT one of them can do its 2 damage past taunt.
If you had buffs to minion attack, then it's a different story, but that isn't the case in this deck; I'm pretty sure Disciple of C'thun is actually better here.
Argent Horserider going face means it keeps its divine shield and thus more annoying to deal with.
Well there is the case that If you hit face or something with 0 attack, then argent horserider is a 2/1 with divine shield whereas the disciple does not have the divine shield
