You can swap out Reno Jackson for Antique Healbot if you think Reno is hard to use. Antique can be equally good or better in this deck.. rly depends on the matchup.
After the decline in patron warrior and the increase in aggro decks: -1Bouncing Blade -1Antique Healbot +1Unstable Ghoul to stop early aggresion and board flooding (mid-range pala/zoolock) and +1Reno Jackson
Matchups:
vs. Aggro - Mulligan for Fiery War Axe, Death's Bite and Deathlord. Don't be afraid to use armor up Shield Slam combo for 3 mana to deal 2 damage to minions like Knife Juggler. Brawl will be a lifesaver against aggro, so try to use it for it's full effect.
Try to get alot of value out of your Baron Geddon to clear the board mid-lategame.
vs. Control - Mulligan for some early removal like Fiery War Axe, Death's Bite and Bash. This matchup is pretty straight forward, try to get as much value as possible out of your removal. Justicar Trueheart is the MVP against control decks, so you have to hope that you draw her early enough, so that you can start stacking that armor.
Try to save your Bouncing Blade's to deal with bigger threaths like Ysera or other high health druid/priest minions.
Try to save your Grommash Hellscream until fatigue starts kicking in or you know that the opponent has used all their removal on your other minions.
vs. Combo - Mulligan for the same as vs control, but try to prioritize spells like Bash. Try to stack up as much armor as possible so that you don't get OTK'd and feel free to use Brawl vs fewer minions than you usualy would do.

Khristophesaurus testing out the deck(first game is full fatigue, beware):

Its legal?
Is Blizzard okay with this?
Yes
It's not against the TOS
dont have gorehowl? what could i use instead
It won't be as good, but if you have Arcanite Reaper you could try to run that
Good stuff! Icehowl works good to remove threaths, but can easily be removed after your first charge. You could also consider running +1Crush -1Bouncing Blade, but i prefer double Bouncing Blade
Deathwing sounds risky, as you usualy hold onto cards like Grommash Hellscream untill they don't have a way to remove him/fatigue.
Zalae's Kill em all deck, very similar to this one, but no Deathlords.

Don't got alot of time today, but i wrote some basics for you now. Hope it helps ;)
this deck is doing really well for me at rank 4.
Was wondering what rank you are atm?
was rank 3 with it yesterday, then i did some patron xD rank 6 atm..
why no armor smith
Doesn't give you any armor when you don't play much minions
Not a big fan of Bouncing Blade. Sure it can act as a single target removal against control but versus aggro, it's kind of worthless.
So I would say -Bouncing Blade +Iron Juggernaut since you're aiming for fatigue as you could use an extra 10 damage push.
Good point mate wish I had that card though for now I was thinking Alex instead?
You should have enough to stop the early pressure from aggro and it rarely goes to fattigue against rush decks(they get rekt when your few bigger minions come out turn 5+). Double Bouncing Blade helps alot against druids/priests because of all their minions with big health and as you said controldecks.
I still see why Iron Juggernaut could be an interesting swap. Let me know how it works out for you
That feel when 1/1 plebs get hit by it firstly, big stuff remains untouched and you can't execute nothing.
Played three games and won all of them. This deck completely crushes patron.
i don't think so...almost no deck can crush patron...
yeah its a good matchup , maybe 60-40...maybe
That's interesting, because even with regular CW, I do very well against patron. Provided I run 2x brawl and Justicar, of course.
