Hello my name is Jackker and I’m a player of Sector One (www.sectorone.eu) and I’ve always been a fan of the more aggressive approach towards Secret Paladin. I’ve been consistently top 50 with this deck, and hit rank 4 Legend a few days ago.
I really enjoy playing this deck because it’s extremely strong right now and it’s very versatile. If you're looking for a good Deck to climb the ladder this season, I recommend this one. In this guide I will go over the general game plan of the deck, the matchups, mulligans and card choices.
If you want to see this deck live in action, give me a follow on Twitch.tv/JackkerTV. Also a big shoutout to Rondels who helped me write this article, give him a follow on Twitch.tv/RondelsHS

For now the decklist seems solid the way it is, I will keep editing if I make changes to the deck. Big thanks to Khristophesaurus, Caffry TV, MaRioGuNS & gkrage for making a deck spotlight video! And shout out to p0w for reaching number 5 legend with my deck!

So obviously a lot of people are upset with this deck
• Blizzard created the card Mysterious Challenger, it is not the OP's fault that this card exists and he decided to base his deck around it
• I personally believe that Mysterious Challenger is negative for the meta.
• Please stop spamming hate towards the deck's creator(whether it is original or not) If you do, you're acting childish at best.
Now let's share my reasonings for feeling Mysterious Challenger should be nerfed
• Because Divine Favor exists, it creates a situation where players can simply overextend every card in their hand without thinking. You get rewarded for overextending.
• Mysterious Challenger gives too much value, 6/6 for 6 mana, plus the potential to draw 5 cards, and play those 5 cards instantly and for free(11 mana worth of cards on top of drawing 5)
• I personally feel this is the easiest deck to climb ranks with at the moment due to what I stated above.
• I feel this is the best version of Secret Paladin out there, and credit to the OP for sharing this.
when I first saw the card I could have told you this was going to dominate all of the other decks, Why? because mad scientist already make its way into every hunter deck and most every mage deck, because playing secrets from your deck is too good period. challenger could be a 4/4 and it would still be excellent. They basically took their 30 card deck and turned it into a 25 card deck by adding one card
you forgot to say the one thing, to Mysterious Challenger works you need spam your deck with 8 - 10 crap secrets. Every smart player know how play and counter this deck, so, plz stop tell bullshitts
going 3\58 with this deck. fucking awesome
I was rank 5. now im 17
sounds like user error to me, probably would have benefited from taking a break and switching to a new deck type.......
With proper play this deck is as strong as any at the moment. Evaluate your play style or watch a few streams that show how to pilot the deck. Last season I took a very similar deck to rank 2. I'm at rank 10 now with a 12 win streak.
Since Reaver Druids are all over, teching in an Aldor Peacekeeper is quite valuable. Otherwise this deck is still top tier.
This deck, like face Hunter is cheap and scummy. Not really a fan. Not really fun.
Completely agree. Scumbag cancer decks are all over the ladder. Why? Because they're consistent. It's impossible to get a starting hand of 5 drop, 6 drop, 8 drop in an aggro deck. Solution? Increase the starting hand size, Blizzard! Please! It wouldn't be a nerf to anybody and would make things more consistent all around.
And how exactly would that be any different than ladder now? But no, it would make control almost as consistent as aggro which may or may not decrease aggro on the ladder. I know a lot of players who prefer control, but give up and play aggro because it's more consistent.
Then again, if this week's tavern brawl is any indication I could easily be wrong here. I saw a lot of face hunters while playing the tavern brawl. It could be because a perfectly curved aggro deck is unbeatable or it could just be that people don't want to put a lot of thought into their brawl decks. I don't know.
Lastly (and way off topic), why do people ask questions the way you did, DKnG666? "You do know.... right?" Everybody does this now and it's a little ridiculous because you clearly don't think that I know what you're about to ask/tell me. If you did think I was as enlightened as you are , you wouldn't ask the question. You should be asking me the question more like, "Are you aware that...?" or "Do you know that...?"
Great Deck! I climbed from 19 to 11 easily today...gonna try it all this week lets see were i get. Thanks!
Great deck! From 18 to 13 without loose, and still not at the end of journey. I tought that i will miss conc and murloc knight, but it works well without these cards. Thanks!
Can anyone enplane why there is no Murloc Knight or Consecration, I put one of each in my secret pally and they seemed to work very well. "I normally hang around rank 4-6 and I want to get legend"
Murloc Knight is always a dead card to me.. Consecration is good against other tempo or zoo decks. A must to have, I always keep 1 Consecration in starting hand against those deck (comeback material)
Ok thx
i am so unlucky i never draw my Mysterious Challenger
Hello,
Do I need 2 mysterious challenger? because once you drop it you can't stop it and if ever you get the 2nd one in hand. It'll be just another 6/6 but only have 1. Halp!
The second one is included so that it can be consistently drawn; the deck will still work with just one, but will be less consistent.
Can you give me common examples of when you keep secrets going first or second?
not OP but I keep noble sac almost 100% of the time and depending on if I have a secretkeeper/ minibot, a redemption as well
Noble sacrifice- good to keep especially against hunter, and any aggro deck
Rdemption-Good with argent squire, secret keeper, juggler and minibot
Avenge-Dont really keep, but its not the worst if you mulligan into it, works really well with haunted creeper
Competitive spirit- Meh...throw away even with muster
Repentance-Useful to keep against handlocks and sometimes druids
Most of the time though I throw back secrets unless I have secretkeeper and even then it still depends on matchup
