People are undoubtedly going to try experimenting with all of the new TGT cards, which I'm sure will slow the meta down considerably. This is GOOD news for those that would like to take advantage of the slower meta, and SMORC them with no mercy to the highest ladder ranks!

Go Face. Make smart trades. If you need any more of a guide than that for face hunter, I frown upon you.

How TGT changes this deck:

- Argent Horserider is very hard to remove, and almost always guarantees us 2 damage. It's also great for making smart trades to protect your other minions without losing your minion.

- Bear Trap offers us a new way to mindgame our opponents during this first week of TGT. It gives us a nice way to protect our minions, and also gives us a solid 3/3 body to smorc them with during our next turn.

Trap Explanations:

These traps work together in unison in order to provide unpredictable mad scientist outcomes and is far more effective in the current state of the meta.

Explosive Trap: An obvious addition to Face Hunter due to the board clear and 2 free face damage.

Snake Trap: Provides us with instant board presence, and beast synergy. Also has great synergy with Knife Juggler. Can be swapped with Freezing Trap if you don't have it, or are facing large singular threats.

Bear Trap: Our new toy! Think of it as a 3/3 taunt charge. People go attacking your face expecting to trigger an explosive trap, only to arm us with a body that's not very easy to remove, and does 3 free face damage (assuming it survives).

Why isn't Leeroy Jenkins in this deck over Arcane Golem?

This is by far the most frequent question I've been getting, so I thought I'd address it here. The thing I like about Arcane Golem is that it's not restricted to being a finisher. With Leeroy Jenkins, unless you're finishing off their last bit of health, you're giving them two 1/1 minions that trade into a lot of yours. Arcane Golem works great earlier when trying to burn them initially, as long as you're smart about not ramping your opponent into an important turn.

Changes:

EDIT #1: Swapped -1 Quick Shot and -1 Unleash the Hounds for +2 Abusive Sergeant. (thanks @Bloodude007 for the necessary suggestion)

EDIT #2: Swapped -1 Freezing Trap for +1 Snake Trap. I've been playing around with these two cards trying to figure out which is more efficient for this deck and I think I can conclude that both have their pros and cons. Freezing Trap is ideal when you're trying to remove a single large threat (such as a taunt). Snake Trap works well for staying in control of the board against faster decks, while also putting pressure onto the opponent. I'd say both are fine to play, and it really depends on what you're playing against.
