Welcome to my Fizzlelock Guide.
Watch out: 0 Mana Lord Jaraxxus incoming!
Basically the idea of the deck is to be played like a usual Handlock, but with some adjustments that support our hero: [card]Wilfred Fizzlebang[/card].
Update: I created this FAQ here and will try to answer as many questions as possible in the comments, also I started a youtube series, where i will upload matches vs. the common ladder decks you will face at the moment:
FAQ:
#1 Why Fencing Coach?
Fencing Coach is a very good card for this deck, if you draw it and Fizzle till turn 5 you can set up a very strong combo that gives you an insane tempo play.
Turn 5: Fencing Coach + maybe something else like Darkbomb or Ancient Watcher
Turn 6: [card]Wilfred Fizzlebang[/card] + free Tab + free Card
#2 Why no Frost Giant?
You would have to cut Mountain Giant for Frost Giant, but then you would miss the standard Handlock mechanic of dropping a Mountain Giant on turn 4 which is just too good to miss. Cutting out Molten Giant is not an option cause they secure wins against rush/aggro decks.
#3 Why Emperor Thaurissan in this deck?
The reason you can't exclude Emperor Thaurissan from this deck is simple. The card is just too good! Usually Fizzlelock has a lot of cards in hand, so an Emperor Thaurissan creates insane value when being ignored by your opponent. That results in Emperor Thaurissan acting like a super taunt card, your opponent has to clear it in his turn and that often results in an expensive or unfortunate clear for your opponent. That is why Emperor Thaurissan shouldn't be taken out.

Hey bro, I've been playing this deck for a some time now, my question is, what changes would you do for it to become viable in standard?
I just got Fizz in a pack so I look for anything to use him. At first I didn´t like the ideia of this deck but I give it a try...I change some little things.
- 1 Rag and - 1 Thaurissan
+1 shadowflame +1 Sylvanas
How far did you take this deck to and where did you start? Is this deck competitive enough for ladder or is it just a fun deck
sorry bro but this deck realy shit i played 50 games 10 win 40 lose so much time to get taunt on board destoyed before it shit deck
theres is no Ancient Watcher in the list but is there in the picture ?
Ooooh, shit Im gonna play this :D
But not that golden, currently using my slightly different version: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/354741-fencing-fizzle-focker
Great Deck! I don't have Sylvanas, can I use Loatheb?
thanks :)
I run a very similar deck. Now that I look at your list, the only difference is BGH instead of Sylvanas.
I chose BGH over Sylvanas because I felt like Sylvanas combos cost too much.

This deck has been very successful! I have reached rank 10! Those lucky 0 cost giants can swing the game in your favor.
Great work, nice deck.
This looks like standard Handlock, just with Fizzle in it
Again: A dec kthat I actually could craft, but just miss the legendarys. (Jea, and one twilight drake)
Well met sir,
I really liked your deck but so far i'm having really bad results with all handlock variations (even with a double farseer + bolf deck) due a huge amount of aggro or fast mid ranges i've been seen, do you have any tips on play style or replacements to have a better matchup against those decks?
Thank you in advice, keep up the great work! :D
Wilfred Fizzlebang most useless card of this game?
At least one, brah! Listen to this logic and take his money
Mal'ganis is kind of redundant and doesn't get much synergy out of this deck. The only great time for it is if you draw it for free off of Wilfred.
I prefer Ragnaros over Dr. Boom because Ragnaros can put in work the same turn it's played. You can use it to clear, to execute, to taunt, etc. I feel like it's much better in this particular deck than Dr. Boom.
Crafted Fizzlebang for this. Seems alright. I have been a handlock player since beta, and this deck is just losing for me non stop in rank 17. Destroyed by shaman/paly/mage. Like always, handlock seems to auto lose if you dont get the right hand for aggro. And that seems to be most of the time lately. Also, the people on here that are saying Fizzle is amazing, nah, he is cool. And has won me a few games from free 8/8 giants.
But, 6/10 he is an awkward card in your hand that you are desperately trying to create a board where you can safely drop him where you can use his power, AND not have him die right off, AND not be behind on board once you drop a 6 cost 4/4.
You play him turn and hero power for nothing good, you likely loss.
i really love the idea and i have had a lot of fun with this list but i think Handlock its just better without wilfred and i almost only play handlock
but i would like to prove me wrong and tell me why wilfred its better then what you had to cut for him ? :)
so far i'm having a 80 % winrate with handluck
and around 50% with this list :)
I've been playing this deck for about a week off and on and I seriously love it. So much fun! I destroyed my opponent the first time I played it and it has a pretty high win rate after that as well. Thanks so much!!
You added Wilfred Fizzlebang to Handlock and changed the deck's name Fizzlelock. What a creative idea!
