* The synergy of the Quest Priest combined and played as a rez priest has always been an interesting idea. Nerfs and new metas have always been the bane of the priest class, yet when things are hitting in the meta and you get the right draws and play to the synergies correctly, this deck took me far in the rankings last month. Some tips on playing this deck:

* Usually you'll want to play the Quest card right away. Depending on the mulligan and the anticipated type of deck you're facing, you can sometimes "cheat a little damage" to your hero in furtherance of the quest. Following the Quest card, be prudent with the use of your minions. Always keep in mind that you have several rez cards and dupe cards to play. Some are random, some discoveries. The cleric, in particular, is a fail-safe to getting a 3rd split spell. But it requires a dragon, of which there are few.

* Mulligan for dupe cards like split, raise dead, pomp, wrap... you'll get choice minions to play by turn 4-5 for these cards to take advantage of on 5-6. Toss any cards that cost 6 or more automatically. This deck is rather top heavy, with singleton legendaries on the high end. It's tempting to add the "if your deck has no dupe" dynamic, but randomness is a double edged sword, and I find IF decks rely too much on the unreliable to be effective.

* If you have the coin, consider saving it to nullify a secret that counters a spell you want to play. It's a free "check" on using magic vs. secrets for some decks.

* Deck end game strategy is to have multiple Skeletal Dragons, Vanguards, and Primes to replicate and quest boost. Primes of course keep your hero alive. Vanguards need clearing before they get too powerful or replicate with a split or grave rune. Skeletal Dragons are a priest's best friend in terms of what  it pops. Some pretty awesome dragons can come into play with these, but replicating them too much can fill your hand with dragons quickly, so be mindful. The 4-5-6 minions are all just as replicable, dupable, or recallable as the high level singletons.

*  By typically not playing many cards till turn 4 or 5, this deck doesn't do well against the rare mill deck, but I always give it a try regardless. You'll usually have more cards than you can play in 1-3 turns in your hand by the end game.

* A lot of decks don't do well vs. a Priest deck and players wisely quit before it even starts. But the ultimate fun for Priest players is Priest v. Priest, the best PvP match imo.
