[deck]Deck ID or Code[/deck]3e Anura here with my latest and cheapest build of odd shaman, which I just finished climbing back to legend with. This one is running a bit more removal with double Earth Shock.
Update: I tried swapping Lightning Storm for Lady Vashj last night at the suggestion of Blutrane, and was pretty happy with it going 7-1. Feels better when playing against a bunch of control decks, and I like it more than Electra Stormsurge since it's much better to just play on curve. She is by no means necessary however.
I've been streaming my climb and games in legend on twitch.
Pretty true, though I find wild is a format where many games are determined by turn 6.
I do not recommend, you are still falling from rank
I confess Shaman is my least favorite class, but this deck is fun! not 100% winrate, but then again it depends on the draw and what you're facing. I did, however, enjoy it! Also, i might just be shit at playing Shaman, lol.
Thank you, cheers!
That's high praise to say you enjoyed a deck of your least favorite class, glad to hear it!
Probably the biggest thing to keep in mind for this deck is planning overloads, though just picking totems can be a hard decision at times as well. I like to say that the core of shaman gameplay in general is just playing into highrolls though.
Thanks a lot for the advice. I find the +1spell damage totem is highly efficient when having a lot of spells in your hand and no minions (yep, my luck is just awesome). But anyway, I confess I don't know how to play Shaman and even so,this deck got me some nice win streaks and my biggest, greatest success: annihilating quite a few resurrect-Priests, which I currently find the worst, mind-numbing idiotic deck ever to have been created.
I went from Bronze something to Gold 1 in 45' with this deck. I know, not impressive, no legend or whatever, but for me, this is pretty cool (esp since I haven't played Shaman since 2017, lol). I also watched your vids for more "how to" (thanks).
Aaanyway, sorry for the long reply, i got overly excited, lol.
Hey, everyone's climb starts somewhere! I love that this deck has been fun for you, and that it's been annihilating more res priests :P
Also glad you found the vids helpful! I'm working on a new one rn and will post it here when finished.
dogshit fucking trash deck
Git gud nerd
get gud? i am rank 15 atm u get gud?
If you're actually rank 15 legend, maybe you could come up with some real criticism.
deck is trash before it works u get rekt by dh or some other crap
DH is certainly a hard matchup, Warglaives of Azzinoth is especially brutal. But not at all unwinnable, I was able to get a postive winrate versus them on my climb. I'll usually keep a Totemic Slam or Serpentshrine Portal to help me fight for board on the first few turns, and try to force them to use their face for removal. That allows the burn to finish out the game.
He obviously got crushed by this lol
I like to leave my opponents with no counterplay
I wasn't convinced to this deck but it's turned out very well.
Thanks, glad to hear it's working for you! It can lose easily if you fail to take the board early, but that's usually true for any aggro deck.
For me top priority is to jump over diamond pretty quick and obviously face a lot of aggro to do that. Instead of evolve u get earth shock and some burst to finish it.
