For now, I'll give you a short strategy summary, in addition to the mulligan guide.

The deck has a variety of hero power synergy cards that take advantage of the upgraded hero power you get from Baku, provided the deck has only odd cards in it (this decklist meets that requirement).

The deck also a Dragon package with Master Oakheart synergy, as the 9 mana Dragonhatcher is the only 2 attack minion in the deck and is a guaranteed summon from Oakheart. Furthermore, the only dragons in the deck are the 9 mana Sleepy Dragon, so you cheat out at the very least 18 mana worth of cards for the original 9 mana cost of Master Oakheart, all in the span of a single turn.

In addition, the deck is tailored to the Spiteful Summoner package, carrying only two high-cost spells in total. The deck also has a number of value options, taunts, and further synergies between the aforementioned cards, packages, and strategies.

Mulligan Guide:

Look for your 1 drops such as Mistress of Mixtures, your 3 drops such as Tar Creeper against more aggressive opposing decks and Black Cat in more slow paced match ups, and your power play 7 drops such as Spiteful Summoner and/or Jan'alai if those two prior priorities are met.
