I used this deck to climb from rank 9 to 5, with literally only 1 loss

Basically use Zap!, Beakered Lightning, Voltaic Burst and Thunderhead's sparks to control the board. For the other spells and weapons, most of the time, face is the place

I don't have Electra Stormsurge and Krag'wa, the Frog, but they should fit the deck

deck is good against: priest, rogue and warlock

deck is bad against: odd warrior, druid and tempo secret mage

Edit: Today I climbed from rank 5 to rank 3 trying different versions of the deck

the first changes I made 

 

then I changed to this version (got 2 disconnects)

A more minion based version, seems consistent but still not good enough vs warrior (0-4)
