Hearthpwn

I got beat by an Odd Quest Warlock the other day.  I only saw 23 cards though.  Here's my version right now.  Small sample size so far - 7-7 at rank 5.  I recently took out a Void Walker for Zola. 

Possible Card Changes:

Adding: Faceless Manipulator, Howfiend, Lord Godfrey.

Any more ideas?

I've been doing ok with this deck.  I still need to play more games.  I started out 9-9 and then I lost a few.  I'll try to explain the deck a little more.  It uses a lot of the same cards as an Odd Warrior Deck.  It kind of plays the same too....

I think you want to hold a lot of cards at first.  Your quest can be completed with Soulfires, Doomguards, and The Solarium.....this card is great because you get to choose which cards you discard!  This gives you 9 discards total.  You need 6 for the quest.  You can use Zola to try to get another Doomguard.

So....the quest can be tough.  But I beat quite a few aggro decks just tapping and playing taunts.  Your health stays while you draw cards.  By the time you start to lose health, play Zilliax.  Maybe use Zola on him.  Now you have been able to draw for two mana almost every turn since the start of the game. 

I'm not saying it's a great deck, but I think it's better than it should be.  Here are a few card choices:

Shadowbolt - This card may be underrated for an odd deck.  4 damage for 3 mana?  Takes care of Hench-Clan Thug and other annoying early minions.

Voodoo Doll - Works well with Mortal Coil to take care of big minions.

Zola the Gorgon - Very versatile in a control style odd deck.  You can copy any one of your cards on the board.

Zilliax - Great for healing.  Also, combos well with Giggling Inventor. 

Baron Geddon - Yes, this is weird and doesn't work well with the quest once you complete it.  But, it's a really good card.  It gives your opponent something they have to kill or it will keep damaging them.  I've won quite a few games right after I played this card.

Lord Godfrey - This deck needs AoE.  With no Defile or Hellfire, you need this card.  Sometimes I use Zola on him to get a second one.

Cards To Consider:

Rotten Applebaum - I used to have this in the deck.  You can pull him from Stonehill sometimes.  I may put him back in.....it does have healing and taunt.

Faceless Manipulator - The original deck had this card in it.  I can't find a spot for it.  Not sure on this one.

Despicable Dreadlord - This card is great against aggro.  I think I need at least one of these in there.

Lakkari Felhound - This would give a more quest oriented deck.  Maybe one is worth trying.

I've changed a few things.....

- Void Walker, - Baron Geddon, - Leeroy Jenkins, + 2 Rotten Applebaum, + Unwilling Sacrifice

I'm trying to increase healing here because it's a slow deck.  Unwilling Sacrifice can be really good.  Not sure if both Voodoo dolls are needed anymore.
