I've been playing Big Priest since Boomsday came out and I think I've created the most refined list.

It's not a combo deck like yours but it will beat any deck late game. Zerek is crazy in this deck and it really is quite strong. 

Hey I've been trying one as well doing ok until now. Ive only used cards in my collection and havent crafted anything yet. 

I know i would need another spellstone but this is what ive come up with till now:

the purpose of Twilight's Call will not help you in aggro match, by having only 2 deathrattle minion in deck would not generate any interesting value with 3 mana.
And with Malygos and Obsidian Statue, I will cut Ysera for more aggro control.
Oh, and i think i dont need Shadowreaper Anduin and Power Word: Replicate, its feel like win more card.

I would do this to your list,
-2 Twilight's Call
-1 Ysera
-1 Mass Dispel
-1 Shadowreaper Anduin
-1 Power Word: Replicate

+2 Radiant Elemental
+2 Spirit Lash
+2 Power Word: Shield

With Radiant Elemental, you still have a chance to contest early game. And they have many synergy too with your spell and Lyra the Sunshard.
For Spirit Lash, it will help you clear board. And if you have Malygos or Prophet Velen on board, It will be 2 mana reno jackson + board clear.
And Power Word: Shield will help your early game draw or comboing with Lyra the Sunshard

And i think 2 Holy Smite would be good in the deck, but still not find any slot for it.

EDIT: I'll be honest and i might get some backlash for this, but I've been experimenting a lot with Zerek's Cloning Gallery and I find that the same thing(s) constantly reoccur:

1. Its a dead card in my hand.

2. doesn't change the tide of battle in my direction.

3. Is only successful when its an over kill win option (already winning).

I think the importance of early game survival is too crucial for the success of this deck archetype. While Zerek's Cloning Gallery may seem like a great idea in big priest, through experience, i've come to believe that it is more of a gimmick for big priests. I would highly recommend removing it for a Holy Smite. It'll come a much longer way for you and combos well with Lyra and Mally.

Nice idea! I am not sure how you survive match against odd-pal and most other aggro decks. But I am sure its worth trying. I just miss Lyra, but I think he is essential somehow, but I dont want to craft him at this point. 
Any suggestions for replacement?

I was originally put Power Word: Replicate x2 instead of Lyra, the reason I use her is to creat control spell for sustain, either way I'm not sure how will it go when play against aggros.
