This deck is a taco shell waiting to be filled with beef! If you are experienced with tacos make sure to beef it up and add in a bit of spice according to where you are in this taco eating contest. (terrible allusion to the ladder)
Here are some card that can help increase the tastiness levels. if you have tho cards, please consider adding them, it'll increase the overall winrate.
Frost Lich Jaina
Blazecaller
Bonfire Elemental
Baron Geddon
Pyros
Here is the newest Budgetstone addition!

Pretty good first results.
I have 2x Bonfire Elementals; what would you recommend replacing with them?
pheonixes
I'd probably give up both Thunder Lizard for them BUT that makes your curve a little crazy and considering there are 10 4-drops. If so maybe a better way to go is 1 Thunder Lizard and 1 Tol'vir Stoneshaper?
To be completely honest I'd probably go -2 Thunder Lizard, -1 Tol'vir Stoneshaper, +2 Bonfire Elemental, +1 Glacial Elemental OR +1Breath of Sindragosa (for the mana wyrm bonus and the CC when you are out tempo'd. And if things are really looking bad and you aren't drawing enough still toss in +1 Arcane Intellect and -1 that final Tol'vir Stoneshaper.
At the moment I am really liking the non-budget version of this deck and Bonfire Elemental is one of the best cards in the deck. I hope I made some sense :D
While I appreciate the taco metaphors, I'm an Al Pastor man.
of course! add all the things :D
I'd say hellllla ya any day except when 1/3 of the deck is already 4-drops. Maybe there is a better card to add like Bonfire Elemental or possibly better any Nightmare Amalgam since they are an elemental and a sturdy 3-drop. Even a Blazecaller might work better to give you that final bit of damage over the wall of taunts when you play a druid. I am playing the non-budget version of Elemage and all three of the cards I mentioned carry me by letting me reach for a fireball by drawing or contesting the odd-pally decks. I hope this helps :D
Update: Switched 1 x Mana Wyrm for 1 x Polymorph
I replaced 2 x Arcane Missiles with 1 x Frost Lich Jaina and 1 x Pyros
of course! put some beef in that taco :D
What should I sub out for the more "tasty" cards.
Pheonixes or lizards perhaps
Lizards are a great choice and Tol'vir is sort of anti-aggressive which sort of goes against the theme of this deck. I'd add more cheap cards like Nightmare Amalgam or Pyros or Glacial Shard or very top heavy like Blazecaller or Flamestrike and if you have any Bonfire Elemental remove anything you'd like to play them :3. Hope this helps :D
I would suggest -2 arcane missles +2 ice elemental -2 flame geyser +2 Bonfire Elemental for the better early game and mid game draw power.
Other than that seems like a deck that can work.
When you say ice elemental, do you mean Glacial Shard or Ice Walker?
Leyline Manipulator or even Bonfire Elemental seem like they would be a good fit here. I will try this version first, then see if them two cards would be a good fit.
