Hey guys,
I build this deck and had a WR of 75% in 20 games. So I thought it might be thing and interesting for you.
The deck idea (short)
The idea is drawing Kelseth as the lowest cost card with Witchwood Piper and trying to use him as much as often with Shadowstep and/or Zola the Gorgon. After buffing your deck Elven Minstrel and Witchwood Piper will draw you the buffed minions.
I put in some spells, to have some actions in the early game. And it can't be minions, because of Witchwood Piper.

The more likes and comments/questions will come, I'll also create more card explanations and mulligan guide ans so on
I'm looking forward to you comments, likes, critics... whatever. I'd just love to improve that deck. :)
Sorry guys, my computer went bust some months ago. I'll go through comments by time from now :)
Deck has a 30% WR at best.
I asked a stupid question and there is no option to delete comment, so i edited it...
I think Hallucination is a core card because 33% of this deck is combo cards (!10! of them!) and there is by Prince Keleseth only the singleton 2 casting cost card. It needs 1s and 0s and they can't be minions so you're left with only rogue's pool of cards. There are literally 6 eligible cards in standard, four of which are in this deck and two of which (Preparation and Doomerang) make no sense because the deck plays no weapons and no big casting cost spells. In fact, it's often best to get something cheap off of Hallucination for combo-ing. The deck's card draw is better than it seems so keeping the curve down is a priority.
I agree this deck is just never as good without Leeroy Jenkins. Leeroy + Cold Blood or two, maybe some Keleseth buffs and it's a huge amount of reach from zero board presence. Leeroy + Shadowstep is an old classic combo that can easily generate 12 or 18 damage. The deck would in no way be as good without him. He absolutely must be in the deck IMHO.
I too don't like the Vicious Fledglings in the in the deck much. They're too easily removed. I agree, Hench-Clan Thug is similar and just generally a little better. The deck's very construction often plays first turn Hallucination (another reason why it can't be replaced) and second turn weapon so third turn Hench-Clan is right on play
I took out the Felsoul Inquisitor, which are really only good with Cold Blood, and the fledglings for leeroy, a Fan of Knives (paladins suck), and 2x Hench-Clans.
Sorry, I did want to add that I hadn't played rogue all season so far and this deck got me into it again, it's pretty fun. It just has so much reach and the opponent constantly thinks you're running out of aggro. They drop some huge taunt and you respond with Vilespine Slayer and keep pounding away. The deck really leverages Prince Keleseth the fullest by getting him more repeatably, maximizing his use, and picking great minions to buff.
One guy said Sonya Shadowdancer. That seems like a no brainer as well. I'll think about it and ponder the 1600 dust I don't want to spend along with what I'd take out.
Thanks a lot for your detailed answer.
I'm glad to hear that it's fun to play. First time my decksperiments reach some interest :)
Yeah Leeroy is really a must. Therefor I craftet him :P
Fan of Knives is for Dude Pala also a must.
I'll sit down with the new expansion and think about some adjustment. Thanks again for your anwer and the recommendations :)
So this deck can't play minions <3 and spells at 2 and in the new expansion there were no 0 or 1 casting cost spells added whatsoever. This deck just may have to wait and hope for something useful in the next expansion.
Going towards wild, the only real advantage is Brann Bronzebeard which is clearly quite good in this deck and perhaps Counterfeit Coin. The real add to this deck would be 0 and 1 casting cost spells that create board presence or go get core pieces. Brainstorming maybe you could get "draw a legendary from your deck" for 1 or something? Seems overpowered. Maybe if it only worked if your deck contained 1 legendary. That would mean cutting leeroy though. I find it hard to picture a card that makes this deck noticeably better.
This deck works really well when it works (heck I've had people concede as soon as they saw Keleseth come out with a shadow step on turn 2) but you can die a quick death when the RNG makes you wanna cry. Either way its a fun deck to play around with and I would highly recommend the card changes by Atramentar and Nocturnalfetish.
I wouldn't recommend this for high level ladder though as the win rate is sub 50% as this of this deck relies heavily on early RNG.
Sorry for the late answer, my computer went bust.
If I'm right I claimed to Rank 10 and started struggleing.
Sadly I don't have the time to climb much more.
I'll sit down with your recommendations and booomsday to check the deck again.
I think Prep and Sprint would generate great carddraw. Prep would synergize with the Combo cards, but I also think that it would slow the tempo down. Piper and Elven Minstrel generate some draw and the Foxx and Hallucination some value.
But sure you could give it a try.
Cool, really enjoying it, made some of the changes and they work well with a twist of my own. Took out the 2 x Vicious Fledgling, put in the 2 x Hench-Clan Thug. Also took out the 2 x Felsoul Inquisitor, added 1 x Fan of Knives and my twist that has won me several games Sonya Shadowdancer, so much senergy.
These are some great adjustments and I think it gives the deck some more tempo. I don't have Sonya but now I got Leeroy and take him instead. Furthermor I'll check the deck again with Boomsday card.
Glad to hear that you enjoyed it =)
just a bad deck.
Play more games, update your new WR, thanks.
I don't have Zola, replacement? Brewmaster doesn't work
Maybe Sonya, Leeroy or Hench-Clan Thug.
I've seen a lot of Rogues using Felsoul Inquisitor lately and I really don't understand it... It is literally one of the worse cards of the expansion, what does it achieve exactly? I would rather play Sen'jin Shieldmasta at that point if you really want another 4 mana taunt besides saronite
buff it. keleseth-shadow step, now its a turn 4 3/8 taunt with lifesteal, oh wait cold blood, now its a 7/8 4 drop with lifesteal
Cool deck :D
Deck is not very good.
Hahaha first try i get kelesh + coin + alucination round 1 =D
