EDIT: Now that I've seen Devouring Swarm, I'm feeling much better about this card.

Posted Jul 23, 2021 (Flightmaster Added)Might not actually have it, but if they let you control when it dies, you get to kill whatever you wanted with it's deathrattle spawn. So they will most likely want to use the biggest thing to kill it (just like they would with a taunt most likely) then whatever's left or a aoe spell to kill the spawn otherwise their best is dead. He prob just misread the tradable keyword though.

The thing about "soft Taunts" is that they don't actually help you (or function as a Taunt) when you are about to die -- i.e., when you need a Taunt the most. And, most of the time, a Hunter who is on the defensive has already lost.
