so is this a dead mans chest but for all classes with a body or is this "snapshot" a spell that will give back your hand at that time?

I think the "snapshot" is just a regular term, not a mechanic or spell. It's just a Dead Man's Hand with a 3/3 body.

This card is very similar to a card from Custom Hearthstone! Love to see it get in like this, since it's just such a great design.
