5 mana = 12 damages on it's first turn
4 of which is from the weapon (so you might have to face tank it or not use it), and the other 8 is to a random target. Also, it's a quest reward, it's supposed to be undervalued.
and where is the dragon of Sulfuras ? its legendary, or ?
this isn't going to be good if aggro decks like murloc shaman, pirate warrior and quest hunter are really popular, Too many small minions will make the new hero power really bad.
yeah but it's in a deck filled with taunts...lmao
you just run Bloodhoof Brave, Stonehill Defender, Dirty Rat, etc as well as a large number of boardwipes like Ravaging Ghoul, Sleep With The Fishes, Brawl to stonewall people until you get the hero power. The hero power just helps you close out the game.
So I have a new deck based around this quest and I'd over some community imput, thanks in advance!

Shield Slam won't be very effective since you're losing the hero power. Shield Block will make it harder to win the fatigue game. Consider Grimy Gadgeteer and Tar Lord.
majordomo executus value, here we come!!
Except that this time you don't lose your armor and have your health dropped to 7 so that you die immediately. The weapon is a nice bonus.
In Wild
Priest steals Sulfuras with e.g. Mind Vision AND gets Coldarra Drake from Kabal Courier AND has played Raza the Chained in some point.
Or steal the quest and complete it yourself etc... lol as if THAT'S ever gonna happen...
What? Near impossible? What do you mean?
This seems like a strong quest, and arguably the least gimmicky with a requirement that actually plays well into a control like warrior.
I've given up playing Hearthstone. However if I were to come back, it would be for this card.
Here is my theorycraft deck:
I really don't think Tar Lord is worth running. It's a 7 drop with 1 attack on your turn which feels really bad.
Maybe not, but then again his 11 heath does present a pretty large wall for your opponent to get through.
The damage of your taunt minions isn't really your win condition though. I would consider cards like Alexstrasza, Grommash Hellscream or King Mosh to be your actual win conditions, as well as your hero power once you complete the quest of course.
You dont play Tar Lord for going face or trade. You play to build a massive wall what some decks cant handle. You got some 5/11 for 7 mana. Just think about Stolen Goods in combination with it. Only hard-removal will scare you, like Shadowword-Death or Siphonsoul etc. You can stack the quest easily and play for a good curve if you dont get The Curator. Also Tars stats are better then 4/6 Curator...
Glad they made it so Warrior had the Reward: Sulfuras, because I feel Justicar made "Tank Up" the best HPwr.
Anyone know if Tol'vir Stoneshaper triggers Fire Plume's Heart?
No because taunt is in the battlecry and not as a specific tag
I don't think King Mosh is playable without Whirlwind. With Ravaging Ghoul it's a 2 turn combo which is fairly bad if you need a boardclear immediately.
I ended up adding a Whirlwind to enable a potential turn 10 board clear.
