This card seems fun to play with and agents, well mor fun to play agents than most cards this expansion.

Lightning seems like a really underwhelming clear for an eight mana card, I understand its a hero power as well, but this card is a rubbish tempo play, and unfortunately, that's what we need right now.

I would say it depends on what the freeze package of Shaman still has in store. On itself it‘s too little impact, yeah, but in combination with a few freeze spells that soften up the board it could very well be just enough tempo.
