NO!
You don't get to do that!
Only our beloved Pensaer can do that!
Good thing Kezan Mystic was released in the last expansion.
The dream of this card is coining out a 4/3 Kirin Tor Mage with Effigy on Turn 2 which will spawn an 4/7 Injured Blademaster .
Hungry Dragon costs 4 Mana not 3 but i understand your point :)
Molten Giants + Duplicate + Effigy
In case you didn't realize, Molten Giant is currently the ONLY 20 mana cost minion, so Effigy will summon more of them >_<
Yet another card whose RNG will Fk me. Wonderful!

Don't worry, you've got my downvote :)
This card will change the way ppl play over Mage secrets. I for example, always plays around Mirror Entity, but after GT launch this one will be my bigger concern.
interesting, inspiring, powerful but balanced card, that encourages people playing other type of mage aggro decks than mech stupidity
Looks interesting. I imagine it finds a slot in several decks. It might work well alongside Mirror Entity in a way that the opponent has no clue which secret is on now and has to be careful in both playing and trading minions.
The reason people play Mirror Entity all the time and only Duplicate when they have to is that Mirror Entity gives tempo - and so does Effigy.
So basically the opponent is recombobulating for you
OP! The trigger is happen even when you trade in I believe which is not the case with duplicate, so you can choose to play this right before trading in a big minion. And unlike duplicate you don't have to spend mana. Big tempo swing. Of course trade in anything bigger then 3 mana, spending 3 mana on the secret and then getting something cheaper doesn't make sense.
But with this getting played from mad scientist, it seems we will get a 2 mana minion right then, using up the secret. So that is economical too... getting 2 2-mana minion for 2 mana.
It does not trigger when you trade in, as secrets can only trigger on your opponent's turn.
Ah you are right, my bad :)
Seems like it would be good board clear insurance for mech mages. Getting this off of a Piloted Shredder would be pretty great.
I love this card. I'm hoping it works well in Tempo mage it will probably take the place of Mirror Entity in a lot of decks.
Kinda like Redemption but better, sometimes. If it doesn't spawn Doomsayer off of a 2 drop or Mogu'shan Warden off of a 4 drop, or a medley of other bad cards that end up being in your opponent's favor.
