1. Hunter's are not the only ones who interact with secrets (simply playing a secret = interacting with it so Mage and Paladin apply)
2. This card is a big tempo loss since the damage is nothing to write home about. Plus, using this early will be a wasted heal (or rather, Earthen Ring Farseer would be a much better play for a better body and guaranteed heal and better tempo), and using it late makes it very vulnerable to the big minions that will easily be in play. All in all, it will have some stall use in something like a freeze mage where you can dependably have a secret in play until you take lethal damage, giving you access to a guaranteed +4 health whenever you need it (maybe more if you're in the business of using frost nova or blizzard, in which you'll most likely grab +8 health). It's not that powerful, but it will have a niche use in certain secret decks focused on delaying the game till the OTK comes out.

Actually this is broken piece of ... you know what. This will give heal to such classes as Mages and Hunters. And whereas I like the first ones to have that, I almost feel that the second will spread cancer even more >,<
It's a big cost in tempo for either class given more powerful 3-drop options (plus what will those classes have to give up to make space? Also something to consider.) For either of those classes, in order for this card to work, it takes a minimum of 5-6 mana total, which means you would have to not play a minion turn 2 (loss of tempo) and play a minion with subpar vanilla stats just for a heal (bad option in light of the vanilla 3-drop mech 3/4 or even a Earthen Ring Farseer which guarantees the heal for better stat distribution and no need to waste turn 2 on a secret that may not even help or isn't a consistent/desirable play). It will find a niche, but not a big one.
