I don't think priest is getting one because it is a villain class

any of those who complains about no dup effect, look at previous no dup cards. You also complained about those but turn out they are pretty good.
The problem with Elise is Druid has a lot of draw and ramp. Getting her is really easy, however with the same amount of card draw to find her, you can find all the cards you need, why do you need to play elise where you can draw all of them. Best case scenario is to dup multiple legendaries, but there is none shown to be good. It definitely has combo potential in standard, but in wild it can't synergy well with Reno Jackson, since Druid is an armor class.

just play this with archivist and forget about the rest.
All no duplicate effects are disappointing. They are too weak in order to worth doing deck around them. And not like Baku and Gen, they dont work at the start of the game. I dont like them that much.
I think it was intentional to not make they "strong", these cards won't be played in standard but in wild they will be pretty good.
In wild they may see play, but for what reason you do new expansion in order to fill wild set. So ok, if all of cards will be useful for wild I can skip this one. For sure your main purpose should be card to be useful in standard. This legendaries require some really strong reason to do highlander. For example quests was good that they make them weaker. But quest is 1 card, not whole deck. And now we have deck restriction to receive some suspicious effect.
I agree with you, but we haven't seen all cards yet so they could release a new highlander legendary that will make highlander decks useful in standard too.
6 mana 5/5 if your deck has no duplicates, replace your hand with random chose one cards.
You still run this with duplicates. Something like Maly Druid, draw your Moonfires, discount your Malygos with Dreampetal Florist or Jepetto Joybuzz, then copy it all with this and otk.
Honestly, it has potential. The moment I saw it I was uber disappointed. But you made a great point.
