Lol, 6 mana for hunter was a God turn with Rexar. Oh, how the times have changed. Can't wait to see all the cards to really determine if this is any good. Cross your fingers boys/girls it's gonna be one hell of a shift in a couple of weeks.
Not impressed
Two pieces of sht
Please don't be rude: they're actually pretty good cards
No, they are not.
Still, being rude is bad tho.
@Othvati for the regards of the Priest spell: yeah, at first glance it doesn't seem that good, but I think we should see all the class set in order to understand how useful it will be (remember Shadow Word: Horror bak in the day).
The same argument can be applied to the Hunter Legendary too, but there are a few combos the we can pull of even without new cards: for example, Houndmaster Shaw + Oblivitron + Mechanical Whelp in hand is a pretty dank turn 10 and it guarantees you a nice tempo swing.
We have to be patient, but I hope we'll see some cool stuff in the new meta
Lazul's Scheme is really good with Cabal Shadow priest, its a good replacement for Twilight Acolyte and the combo doesn't require any dragons
Found one of those pieces of shit!
@Othvati
They are not cos you are comparing it to the current meta. Baku/Genn and Mammoth sets are leaving. Who knows what cards will suddenly become viable.
@Darksun200
Not gonna lie, I saw that rude comment above and was tempted to call out his parents. But, I should not, you know. Must be the better man cos only an incel will make rude comments like that. Hey, it's "freedom of speech", right? 🤷
People really love bringing up best way scenarios. Like 2-3 card combos. While in life it doesn't happen that much. If I play a 3 card combo, that I've gathered on my hand, it should win me the game. Or put me on that fast track. These cards don't do that.
We'll have to see about how usable is the scheme mechanic. Since draw nrg is still really relevant in the game, keeping things in your hand for long time could really cost you.
Agreed - maybe even better as you could reduce the attack below 2 for stealing e.g. Tundra Rhino buffed up by Timber Wolf. We'll see how it works :)
The most exciting part of the hunter legendary is that we can interpret it as there might be lots of new Mech to come
with Mechanical Whelp and Spider Bomb I have high hopes!
Also, more possible Deathrattle activation cards for Hunter. Cos I feel that after the rotation, Hunter will be missing crucial Deathrattle activation cards and on its own, the card feels slow. Heck, it can even summon itself if there are multiple copies of it. Making it a Patches but from hand.
What is it mean upgrade each turn? By how?
each time this is in your hand, at the start of your turn, the primary number (in this case the 1) increases by 1, every villian will have its own scheme and all will work in the same way to upgrade them
Edit, if you topdecks it'll be a 0 mana reduce the attack of an enemy minion by 1, your next turn will be a 0 mana reduce the attack of an enemy minion by 2, then 3, then 4 and the effect keeps growing just by holding it
So cabal shadow priest gonna be meta again?
It might just be, kinda like doing it with the Dragon Kobold.
could be the case
