7 mana you get next turn only one minion that cost 1....rank 25 player
Edit: IF you even get minion
imagine this in minion based big mage with aluneth combo :O
This card isn't supposed to be used on turn 7 without any regards to the matchup or the board and just to get the effect as soon as possible.
This is a perfect follow up to a Frost Nova Doomsayer combo, or it can even be played at 10 mana with Frost Nova. Even with an Arcane Artificer at 8 mana is also a viable option.
Nobody will play this card when they don't have board control and are a step away from lethal. It will be played on an empty board most of the time and with OTK Mage that is easy to set up. Also, giving the fact that you can get it from Primordial Glyph is an insane chance for a turn 5 concede from the opponent.
that's very meta dependent. because while The Mistcaller turned out to be bad back when it released, i think nowadays it would see play. cheap and effective taunts like Saronite Chain Gang, Tar Creeper and Stonehill Defender profit very much from the Keleseth buff, and they would, too, work with The Mistcaller i think
Nowadays The Mistcaller would be even worse. The game's power level has risen dramatically and a 6 mana 4/4 that doesn't impact the board at all would be a death sentence.
With that art, name and legendary tag I expected something more, honestly. Not saying its trash, no, it may become core card of some new archetype for sure. But expected something great, maybe time manipulations or another like "holy shit is this spell for real??". Its boring. HS needs some madness. Not rng fiesta. But something that makes you say "Wow!". Like Deathwing, C'Thun, Nether Portal, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, Lord Jaraxxus, Mayor Noggenfogger or Uther of the Ebon Blade.Yeah, there sometimes something fresh, like some DK's, quests. But its too rarely and often unplayable.
I saw that insane fan card some time ago (attached below, and im not the author). That's what I expected. Yeah, it opens way for some bugs, but I guess fucking indie company would manage this. If some game engine prevent them from making insane card like this, maybe its time to change something globally?
This expansion didn't really had any "wow!" card. None legendary spell was really spectacular. Same for Witchwood. Yeah, there something interesting in every expansion. But its all the same really
I guess hearthpwn blocking images from this site or i dont know. Better this way

Yogg was much more then just RNG incarnation. It was card, that everyone was talking about. It was Holy-shit-card. By rng fiesta I meant cards, that add random shit to your hand. Yeah, its fun, im ok with that, but its not "wow"
Terrible design that's massively overcomplicated and poorly worded. 5 mana do nothing until you draw a card that's not clear on how it impacts the state of the board. Say on your "simulated turn", genius one, that you happen to trade with an enemy minion. What, pray tell, would happen if you played this card and "made that turn real" then? Neither of them are alive! Would you resurrect both minions just to have them trade into each other? What if a taunt would have gotten in the way? Does it ignore taunt or destroy it? Absolutely genius design my good fellow, except for the fact you didn't think about anything at all for even one second
Its not about how it work. As i said (are you hard of Ireading or something?) im not the author, so wording is not mine, neither whole design. So how im I suppose to tell you about how it should work in any situation, genius? There was some long discussion and it doesn't really matter. Effect is not clear, complicated and may lead to some bugs or brokenness. Its not the point. Point is idea in some insane card. Some time manipulation. Yogg was something new, that we have never saw. At the very beginning Jaraxxus was one the most creative and interesting cards. Same for deathknights and quests, especially warlock's quest. Even Toggwaggle was something new, we never saw swap decks. It was fresh. And now we see pretty much the same mechanic: buffs, draw, cost reduction, stats swapping. Magnetic it nothing really interesting. Rush in nothing interesting. Its good mechanic of course. But not spectacular
Has anyone watched the revealing video at all? Animation is amazing.

Not a Druid card? ERROR, ERROR!
nerf this shiet now!!!!
Playing this on turn 8 or 9 with 1 or 2 Arcane Artificers might actually be OK, as the 7/14 armor could help the "do nothing" factor of that turn, also opponent must deal with artificers, so it's a damake soak.
I'm talking about some sort of OTK elemental mage. if you could reduce your Blazecaller and your Alexstrasza to (1) mana, you can OTK with a fireball or something.
Ultra over rated!
LOL u cast only this spell on turn 7 vs aggro or midrange nowadays ur pretty much dead, this doesnt do anything else on that turn, cast it later and risk drawing more combo pcs..
This card doesn't fit IMO in an OTK deck, except we get a Minion/Spell which shuffle your Hand back into your deck. Fits more in a minion heavy Control/Elemental Mage.
Could even be the most Overrated Card of the set. Remember's me of The Mistcaller
The Big diffrence between this and the Druid Quest is, it doesn't start in your opening Hand. It is 7 Mana do nothing and you doesn't even get a Body.
First of all, Arcane Tyrant is a card that can give you a body with this.
But 7 mana do nothing isn't going to lose you the game if you're stablized.
If there's no preaspre on the board and you have an opportunity to play this, you can recover very quickly.
Nice reference, my dude
