We need blizzard to realease more spoilers! Kinda bored with the current news, all these copetition and vote threads are great and all but can we get some more reveals already!
uh guys?
Maybe they'll be giving us an even weasel tunneler now.
@Vicken1225 Darkness Candle, Nerubian Ambush!, Burrowing Mine, Psychic Scream, etc
Weasel Tunneler rotates this year.
I just hope warrior gets some love. They need good cards to go with the Baku card for the upgraded hero power. Justicar was something I wanted to see reprinted and now I’m getting my wish kind of. So I hope to see full on control warrior come back. And I mean classic control, not dead mans hand.
who wants to bet there will be a few neutral odd and even minons that have effects like this other then genn and baku
What I dislike about this mechanic is that it doesn't add anything new in terms of gameplay. Sure, each of them suggests a deck building puzzle, but once that puzzle is solved they are pretty much just regular battlecry cards. Pretty boring battlecry cards at that. The deck building puzzle itself, in terms of strategy and overall deck theme, doesn't seem that exciting to me either.
Really sweet artwork on these cards.
beasts expansion ?
He said "beasts" not best, see how all 4 cards are beasts?
I really hope so the fuckin aggro meta dont coming back
That will never happen.
..there has literally always been meta decks in this game. Since beta dude. Back when Alexstrasa into Charge+Swing with equipped Gorehowl was a thing. This is nothing new. Sorry if you dislike today’s cards though.
How can you complain about there being a meta? Every competitive game ever has one. People will always search for and gravitate towards the strongest, most efficient hero, deck, gun, build, unit, etc.
New expansions are the best time to play HS. With all the experimentation that happens in the first few weeks as everyone tests out new combos and synergies.
Zero counts as even, right? It would've been interesting if you could do some barnabus stuff with that, start with a bunch of odd cost minions to get stuff like the stag off, then barnabus and suddenly you can get off your even-cost stuff. Come to think of it, how cool would it be if some worgen card switched between even and odd in your hand while gaining different stats. Like a 2-mana 3/2 that becomes a 3-mana 3/4, control and aggro options and whatnot
We'll only be able to tell how good this mechanic is once all the cards are revealed, assuming the cards they designed this expansion have this mechanic in mind
that is why they are coming in next meta.
Skulking Geist seems like it'll continue to be somewhat relevant.
